Will colorado honor my michigan medical card? Or do you have to have your card through colorado?
That is true for the most part but I know in Michigan anyone holding a valid marijuana card from any state can medicate in Michigan. I do not know about other states though.Until the MMJ is Federally accepted (wouldn't that be nice) each state has their own guidelines and cards are state specific.
" Question: I am a valid medical marihuana patient under another state's law. Am I protected?
Answer: Yes, under Section 4(j) of the MMMA, a registry identification card or its equivalent issued by another state government to permit the medical use of marihuana by a qualifying patient or to permit a person to assist with a qualify patient's medical use of marihuana has the same force and effect as a registry identification card issued by the Department"
Exactly. Which is my entire question. A colorado patient can come here and have their card honored, but is the reverse true? Anyone know about colorados laws? That is true for the most part but I know in Michigan anyone holding a valid marijuana card from any state can medicate in Michigan.
