In full context it actually rings of truth. Plenty of former confederates were very pissed and apt to hang a black man just in spite of the north after the proclamation(Which did NOT end slavery) This took several generations of hatred to cure. Now a days Everyone is a slave, most just don't know any better.

The original video (worst presenter ever, btw) offered an interesting dilemma.

A BART cop, not exactly Dirty Harry; accidentally shot someone in custody while reaching for his taser.

An accident. He was convicted and did his time. He will never be a copper again.

Subsequently, some REALLY pissed-off stupid ass made some ill-advised, yet vague threats against coppers.

My thoughts:

1) There are too many cops.

2) Cops do not like being threatened. Even vaguely.

3) The internet poster guy was a dumb ass, but the punishment was excessive.

Is the U.S. Fascist?

Yes. But modeled more on the French Revolution/Mussolini model. The NAZI German model? Not so much.

The Soviets seized German technology and scientists, too. But the Soviet Union was much more like Nazi Germany after the war than the U.S. was, and is.

Are there legitimate limits on free speech? Yes. And that is the lynch-pin of this thread.

Is Alex Jones a genius? Yes. But ONLY because he has found a winning formula and has exploited it to the fullest. He has a literal army of tin-foil hat wearing followers who see a boogerman behind every bush. Alex Jones is a diversion, thus part of the problem.

Means the transition right after being freed was harder than being a slave.

the sad thing is, if your black all you have to do is go to the free public school and get a B. boom your into collage paid for by scholorships.

but im white so i have to get a 4.00 just to get in and then i have to pay for it.
