Anyone here have a cali 99 in Ventura county or LA county ? I want to see if I can obtain one since I use cannabis orally and not by smoking. Any help would be appreciated or maybe a link to an already posted topic like this would help as well. I couldn't find any :peace:

*most places that do med scripts also offer "cultivators" permit.. which in court means "jack-shit" :) unless your under a collective or Inc. , its pretty much useless to have one of those 99..

That recommendation is nor-cal which doesn't really help me much since i live in so cal..so as for this garden you just plant each persons recommended crop on a plot of land and get the paperwork to say that each person grows on that land for personal use and call it a day? or can you donate it to a dispensary or something? i want to be a caregiver since i get great joy making oil for my mother because of her rhumitism and arthritis but need to grow more then what i can to provide a steady flow of flowers.

It's a colective garden. How does that not help you if you get busted? That's a serious question. Not meant to be a dickhead response.

Here is the issue with a collective garden.

SB 420 encourages access to medical marijuana through "collective, cooperative cultivation projects. " Unfortunately, it* provides no guidelines or explanation as to how these should operate.*** Presumably, the basic model is a group of patients and caregivers who plant a garden together and share the crop among themselves.** The cultivation cooperative model does not*necessarily envision walk-in clients, nor retail sales of medicine to members.* Co-ops may be supported by participation in work, donations or* membership fees.* Under one model, co-op patients pay a set gardening fee for a certain part of the crop, and receive the harvest at no further charge. Unlike caregivers, collective gardens aren't limited to patients from the same "city or county."

So either consult a lawyer or do a collective grow as legal as possible and don't tell anyone. If nobody knows the barring really bad luck there will be nobody to rat you out

If they are going to bust you, you're going to jail regardless of the piece of paper.
Thats my opinion.
