water pumps ?

im growing 6plants in a hydroponics gt 604nft tank and my water pump is on a timer,how long do you feed for and how often ?

I have grown in rockwool many times, i used dutch trays w/ slabs.

Yea, till one day i surfed this forum and learned to cover the tops.

Its algae, it needs light, moisture and food to grow, remove one and it dies. Itll grow in your resivoir too if you dont make it light proof. anywhere for that matter

what did you use to stop it? how long have you been growing? this is my first ever grow and ive not had an easy start but things can only get better

Just cover the tops w/ white plastic, make sure your resivoir is light proof too, or it will infest your res. water,it isnt too harmfull, but is hell on clogging up pumps and drippers

blk and white poly is good for it, blk side down white side up.

i will try this and see how i get on, i have some black and white poly left over from my clone room, ive got some very nice big buds growing on my blueberry cheese,just 2weeks left then high times
