The same reasons why brown black yello & hiyella people do foul shit,because their parents fucked them by not teaching them properly to start with,then they are just freaks of nature to do what they do.

When i was in prison we used to watch those sick fucks gather once a week for their group session ,they would talk or some shit,then they got led back to pc.
