My dads friend got caught growing in his closet and lost his house and they gave him a felony for each plant....this was like 4 years ago....and he's still in prison. They don't play they're probably waiting to get more evidence of more plants that you grew like let's say hmmmm....they go on this site and see u have 10 different grow journals with 20 plants each....ya ur gonna be really fucked.

While it isn't something you can blow off, it probably isn't quite as dire as Kenny paints it, either. Totally depends on location but 5 plants is not a lot. Any evidence of trafficking like scales etc? Depends a lot on the specific charges too. Any guns found? Lots of factors to consider, but pot alone in that quantity is not a huge deal in a lot of places. Still is in others as Kenny pointed out.
You're right tet I know my friend and me got caught with a blunt inn his ear and he did a month in county ohis first weed charge because the cop explained that since the weed was real potent? It was a different charge I new it was bs I was like wtf but didn't want to argue to much because u know what happens if the cops ain't right...u get slammed n cuffed....anyways I wasn't in trouble it was my friend with the blunt in his Ear....now this story will BLOW your mind.....my friend got caught with 14 lbs of Cush in his TrUNK in the highway on his way to another state he got pulled and caught in gorgia or Alabama I forget....but he literally got out on bond nearly right away and now a few years later it's all behind him.....now that's fucking bs that a dude gets caught with a gram in one state ipand does a month....and dude trafficks 14 lbs in another n they drop the charges
so based off the way the laws are made....they don't care how much you smoke drink or sell... Move to Canada we all smoke weed here even the cops. I got a speeding ticket and they took my quarter of weed and said its not enough to worry about and gave me A $400 ticket for doing 165 in a 100 in my neon lol. She even let me keep my pipe that was packed. USA cops are a bunch of uneducated goverment morons its really an embarrasment. But its ok for the goverment to make there payckecks selling booze,salvia,lotto tickets. Its the retards that never smoked weed making all the rules, I hope they all die of scabbies and liver damage from all there pills there on.

yea i used to live in oklahoma and those damn dirt farming mother fu$#@rs gave my buddy 5 years over some seeds in his floorboard and a roach in his ashtray. so i said the hell with it and moved to colorado simply because its legal for med purposes and even if you get busted the penalties arent quite as harsh.hope everything turns out alright!!

Sorry to hear about your troubles. I had the pigs come to my house in Las Vegas, because someone randomly broke into my home and the neighbors saw it. Even though I had my card, the Pigs charged me. And the court kept putting off the trial for 2.5 years, even though I never signed away my rights to a speedy trial. The court said that since I was not in jail, they did not have to give me a speedy trial. By the time it got to a year, I was out of money for any more private lawyer. I finally plead guilty to a stupid charge of attempted possession of weed. Pfft. what a fucking joke. I was not trying to buy it. But I got time served, no fines and just 8 hours of drug classes. They kept giving me offers and I kept telling them to shove it. I almost got contempt of court one time, because I called my public defender a Public pretender in open court and everyone busted out laughing. But once the economy collasped, I had to get out of that shit hole. So stand your ground and do not let those SOB's make you bow down to them.
