well, imagine, there is not just the government and some businesses that control this and that through bribes (Coff oh sorry, eh lobbying,)
but some shadowy elite thats been pulling the strings of everything, practically since forever.
people that possibly have plans to exterminate us all (since plans to unite the world under one fascist regime is probably not going to work)

Beardo is right. There have been mass eugenics efforts for decades.
