I wasn't going to say anything (as my camera sucks at focus as well) but ya, can't see nothin' male or fem about those yet.
The leaf burn looks like one of 2 things, over watering or root damage. They look like they were transplanted recently, if some of the roots were damaged in the move the plant may be using fan leaf nutes to compensate for the root intake loss. If thats not the case its root rot, basically the same thing but can be harder to manage, you would have to cut back on the water for a while and let the plant repair its self. I have gotten very bad root rot from humidity issues while out of town (auto drip feeders are a bitch when you aren't there to check up on them) and it took weeks for them to come back, basically had to let them dry out to the point they were screaming for water then wait a day or 2 and water them, then its back to every 3 days (at least thats how I do my feeding schedule.
As for feeding and what to feed, I use Fox Farm "Open sesame" "Beasty Bloomz" and "Cha Ching". I like them because they are easy, I have tried other nutes before and Ph gets all out of whack, ppm levels spike or drop rapidly and the quality of the buds suffer. For vegging I use a plant energy and grow formula from a local hydro store, its organic and easy to use as its relatively weak and over nuting usually happens early in vegging in my experience. If you are looking to go organic all the way through the cycle try Botanicare's organic line, I honestly haven't used it but from the information I have gathered its a very easy to use organic and can give a nice "soil like" flavor, many growers swear by these nutes and I will be running them starting this winter.
