Good toilet paper is hard to find, The rough stuff sucks the thin stuff breaks the soft stuff doesnt whipe your ass or is sticking or breaking apart when you whipe- Their must be a better way.

Yeah, I think i'm going to keep a box of sand, and I will use the toilet naked, then instead of whiping with paper I will squat over a box of sand and use a handful of sand to whipe myself with the sand and my hands, then once i'm clean I will use the sand to scrub my hands, Then I can just rince out the sand once a week and use what washes out of as a compost tea.

I quit brushing my teeth years ago, fluoride is bad for you, sand is in some tooth paste I think they just call it silica. I havent brushed my teeth in years and I still have a lot of them, I scrape off the crud with my fingernails and i'm good to go, my teeth are still whiter than lots of peoples.

You shouldn't stop brushing your teeth with toothpaste because of flouride dude. Find some kind of flouride free toothpaste if it bugs you that bad. Get an electric toothbrush. Your teeth aren't white by doing that I'd guarantee it.

The salt in the ocean cleans you pretty good, sometimes I'll use soap and shampoo in the beach shower and rinse off the salt and stuff but I don't like the stuff in soap and shampoo, I like the salt in the ocean better, the laural sulfate or whatever in in soap is bad it opens your pores and seeps into you I think, I only use it on special occasions, I don't even want to shower in fluoranated water it seeps through your skin, it's absorbed dermally- Makes you crazy
