Hey billy. Long time no see. I bought a $220 Aero Cloner because I was getting fed up with having to try to clone in soil and I've lost 3 batches of clones so I shelled out the money to get a built one from the garden store and the guy said that even guys that grow mj have gotten almost 100% rooting rate.

yeah man, life threw a curveball at me. i didnt have a problem with my clones till i neglected them. few died, still have 7 and 5 seeds sprouted a few days ago. well cracked and have sprouts. put em rockwool today.

Sounds good. Once the roof repairs is done I will be popping a seed or 2 into some water. I might try moms in a DWC system under a 70w MH lamp and have it running for a few hours per day and the rest for CFL or other kind of light. I wanna get my flowering area up and running. I ran into problems where I almost lost my BC Ice strain completely because I had problems cloning and the summer was causing problems to. A guy said a ice strain can take 15 to 20 days to root and mine in the aero cloner took 8 to 9 days.

Yea and even better they were growing to while rooting so I am very happy doing aero. I might re-order Ice again but I will do it differently. I wonder if there is truly a thing that you can do a select thing or two inorder to make sure you get a male plant and not a female.

I might even try rooting with my 13w LED panel and maybe even the weaker LED lights.

Great results on your grow Billy!! 11 oz is very respectable, especially for your first grow. It's great to hear such a good smoke report too. I trimmed mine tonight and took clones from the trimmings. I'm not too concerned about them rooting; I just needed to top these girls to make them bushy moms. Can't wait for Ice v2.0.

Thanks pot pimp! I'll be getting a thread set up soon for it. A possible 13 plant grow. Can't wait, especially if I can pull another 11 oz per! They're in the boring stages right now. Lol. The clones were stressed and have stunted but are getting plumper so we shall see where they take me.

I just harvested mine last sunday. They went 12 weeks with clear, cloudy and some amber trics. The buds are still drying. They probally could have went another week or two.
