Man... i need to really look into autoflowers a bit more... my main reason is I want to be able to top/fim them and set when they go into flowering but damn, for 45 days that thing is a beast... And to think, i didnt even START flowering at 45 days.

yeah mate .... its all about the crystals
i have to do autos or find alternative heating like Cumbers has done.... i got a few different autos for learning how to grow indoors thought they would be easier then photoperiod to handle, thing is they are slightly different and heavly rely on large pots and hardly any nutes (so i have found)....
but like you say smaller yeild but fast turn around ... happy dayz

My heating is doing ok at the mo... flowering cab is sitting nicely at average 25C, veg cab is just too high when it's left for a while at 31C but settles if it's opened twice a day. I can remedy this by simply having the heating system off more during each hour.
I think you had a good idea there trout, running a set of auto's first
Although, I've liked doing mine this way as it's getting me used to the lights-off, which is the important part of the heating system.
Am looking forward to see your girls 'assets' sitting in a tray LoL

Well I didn't 'opt' really I just went for the best/cheapest deal which turned out to be a great deal!
