Dude, you really don't know wtf you're talking about. You never answered my question the last time I asked it. What makes you so sure an LLC can't be set up as a non-profit in AZ? Are you a tax lawyer? Or just offering your uneducated opinion as fact?

It is called PUBLIC records.... They are NOT a NON PROFIT entity through the State nor the IRS.... Did you read the POST above??

An L.L.C. can be owned by a Non Profit!!! Yes.. But that is Not the case HERE.....
I am no lawyer but I do know a little criminal & business law...
And I know there is a differenance between a Non profit entity reconized by the State and There is a Non profit entity that is reconized by the IRS... 2 different entities....
A Arizona Non Profit can be a forprofit business with the IRS.... A non profit entity in Arizona does NOT make you a Non profit by the IRS....
AZCS is NONE of these though... They are a For Profit business with the state and IRS if they did their paperwork... = Arizona Cannabis Society L.L.C.

AZCS knows what they put on their Articles of Incorporation... Address, Contact info, managers..... what ever... I doubt any of the info is true... Which is another crime if they reported wrong innfo on their Articles of Incorporation with the ACC..
Arizona Law - L.L.C. has to publish 3 consecutive publications (Newspaper) of their Articles of Incorporation within 90 days... So this INFO has been out there in the public LONG before I posted this info... Dont get mad at me BECAUSE you just do not know where to find info....

Here's why.. giving any marijuana in exchange for anything of value is illegal FACT and this is what azcs is publicly advertising. Sooothey want to break the law and then. involve a charity to "conspire" (not sure what they would call it) but the law would love to catch someone up in shit like this and make us all look bad..

At any time having possession of medical marijuana is a crime under federal law even though our State laws say different..

In my opinion, the whole donation system is a sham... Especially when you have set donations...
All folks do is change the word price to donation AND POOOF it is legal... HAHA

if someone wants to donate a toy to PCH toy drive and I feel like donating them a gram or two or some clones, there is NO EXCHANGE AS I DO NOT RECEIVE THE TOYS, PCH does. I have no "gain" only a "loss" or "charitable giving" in our case gets counted at the end of the quarter.
The LAW as you put it has been into our locations as have the Fed Marshals (unrelated), no problems and no worries, in fact I can happily put you in touch with the acting lieutenant for the local PD so you can address your concerns to him if you'd like.

Azcs is not legal because collectives are not legal.. well yes they are but they can not take ANYTHING of value for the marijuana. EVER it does not mater what they have you sign it doesn't work like that at all. Its kind of a joke if you have read the law..
Only a designated caregiver an ask for $ to cover costs for growing and they can only ask for $ (or anything of value) from the people that they are designated caregivers for (upto 5 people) or from a dispensary which we do not have any. Any other marijuana has to be given away for free (ie: no donation of any sort!) If it goes to someone that they are not a designated caregiver for. Also BTW you can only transport a plant if you are moving otherwise the law states that you have to start from seed and that the seeds have to come from within az so by getting you subcool seeds from azsc....

If you are a Non profit in Arizona you would fill out this paperwork - HERE Which AZCS has Not DONE....

here, I'll finish your sentence "getting your subcool seeds from AZCS, makes you LEGAL" see one of the many businesses we have is a retail one, actually we own many retail businesses, several non profits, two foundations, the list goes on and on...
let me ask you ALL this one question, if you grow your OWN marijuana, do you pay for it? that is what our patients do, pay for their own marijuana to be grown in our facility by us. They also, come in and work on the "garden" sometimes. we don't hide anything we do, if you want to know what AZCS "made" last month become a member. As a collective this info is available to you on a monthly basis. One of the things you failed to point out in all the legal garbage thats been spewed around here is one of many things lookin you in the face.
When our articles were posted in here you all forgot to look who the company was "vested" in, it is the same reason we didn't get raided when the others did, THEY did NOT structure their LLC correctly. Our's was and is.

I have nothing really against you guys just what I think the law say and I will say what I think but I really wasn't too sure why I was called out by in a way defending azcs and saying you wouldn't get something crappy because it wouldn't make sense to have a bunch of random mothers around that they didn't use..
Yes getting subcool seeds from you would be much safe for the patients but I would make sure "you breed them" not import them.
And. Subcools seeds are very good and I don't think anyone said that they were not.. just more that they didn't think it was a big deal. I think its cool just don't need them
