I'm posting this now because this situation hasn't been made right yet. I placed an order on Monday based on the excellent reviews everyone gives them. It is my 1st w/ Sannie. Everything appeared to be normal during checkout i.e. taken to their cc payment processor's page, got approval showing they were paid, then back to Sannie confirm page. I didn't print the page out, since I knew it would be mailed to me. Couple hours go by, and nothing in my mail box, so I checked my bank acc't. Sure enough, there was a charge that closely matched the dollar/euro conversion amount of my order, but it was from a seemingly unrelated Dutch company that I had never ordered anything from. I thought something was fishy, but reasoned there was a good chance that company was somehow a Sannie partner. Problem was when I went to check on the status of my order, Sannie didn't recognize the email address I used to make the order, but when I entered the order #, it said access instructions had been sent to the very same email the s'ware said it didn't recognize. I have written to both the mystery company listed as the entity I paid and to Sannie with all of the details. The mystery company acknowledged they had received pmt on Sannie's behalf and would contact Sannie to let them know there had been a problem with my order. I really appreciated hearing from them since it proved no one had been defrauded. Nevertheless, the situation remains that I've heard nothing back from Sannie (and they have all the details) about this order which was paid for 5 days ago. Based on what I've read here, I expect them to make it right with me. This may be an unusual occurrence, but it is not the kind of ordering experience I had hoped for. Where is customer service when you need 'em?:-?

wow MM, being a little harsh now aren't we. If anything, my first thought was that somebody had hacked the payment company. It happens. Meanwhile, I haven't heard word one back from Sannie, and they have my dollars. If he is as good as everybody else claims, they will make this right. So go rage against somebody else if you don't mind. :finger: back atcha!

It's the holidays bro, sometimes things move a little slower (I'd be enjoying somewhere warm right now if I were Sannie). He will deliver. Do not worry.

im sure the holidays has a lot to do with it.just so you guys know...buying cannabis seeds online isnt the most legit thing in the world,you shouldnt expect to get them every time,and especially not in a timely fashion every time!

when you login at sannies site , you are recognized?

if so, you have an account.

there is a "tab" about half way down the page on your right... says "orders".

if you have an order # you are fine & sannie will take care of you.

sannie is married, has kids, runs a biz, & its the holidays.

everything is fine. he'll get back to you soon enough.

& if your order isn't 30 days overdue, you need to wait a little while longer.

I think you should have waited untill you heard from Sannie before slandering him on the net. On the other hand I have heard a sandy vag can be very irritating. Have you tried astroglide?
 
hopefully everything is ok, just got on the internet to email about a reship(24days)still said i'd wait a bit before a reship, just keeping in touch, etc. and saw their website was down. hope it is just for maintence

I placed an order with them on 12/9/11 and have not received it yet........ i am not worried at all, just relax!
