I'm posting this now because this situation hasn't been made right yet. I placed an order on Monday based on the excellent reviews everyone gives them. It is my 1st w/ Sannie. Everything appeared to be normal during checkout i.e. taken to their cc payment processor's page, got approval showing they were paid, then back to Sannie confirm page. I didn't print the page out, since I knew it would be mailed to me. Couple hours go by, and nothing in my mail box, so I checked my bank acc't. Sure enough, there was a charge that closely matched the dollar/euro conversion amount of my order, but it was from a seemingly unrelated Dutch company that I had never ordered anything from. I thought something was fishy, but reasoned there was a good chance that company was somehow a Sannie partner. Problem was when I went to check on the status of my order, Sannie didn't recognize the email address I used to make the order, but when I entered the order #, it said access instructions had been sent to the very same email the s'ware said it didn't recognize. I have written to both the mystery company listed as the entity I paid and to Sannie with all of the details. The mystery company acknowledged they had received pmt on Sannie's behalf and would contact Sannie to let them know there had been a problem with my order. I really appreciated hearing from them since it proved no one had been defrauded. Nevertheless, the situation remains that I've heard nothing back from Sannie (and they have all the details) about this order which was paid for 5 days ago. Based on what I've read here, I expect them to make it right with me. This may be an unusual occurrence, but it is not the kind of ordering experience I had hoped for. wow MM, being a little harsh now aren't we. If anything, my first thought was that somebody had hacked the payment company. It happens. Meanwhile, I haven't heard word one back from Sannie, and they have my dollars. If he is as good as everybody else claims, they will make this right. I think you should have waited untill you heard from Sannie before slandering him on the net. On the other hand I have heard a sandy vag can be very irritating. Have you tried astroglide?
