Beginning 7th week flowering - Buddy says at least 3 weeks left, i say 2 at most.

Have been on 12/12 7 weeks total.
About 50 pecent of the pistol hairs are turning brown and shriveling up but the trichomes are clear and just stood up in the last few days.

This is my first time so I dont really know exactly what to look for and I know you cant tell much from pictures but i will post a few anyway.

When the trichomes turn ember will it be a very noticable change in color???

I am pretty much sure that I can follow the scedule that I have been going by in which it says stop feeding untrients and foliage spray this week and e rdy to harvest at the end of the 8th week. He is saying to keep feeding nutrients and go about 10 weeks before I stop. I dont want to keep feeding them then find out I have to harvest before I had a chance to flush them. Opinions??

cut your lights back to 10/14. the trichs will turn paper white if you want to wait for amber you can but if there pure white its gud to go

flushing in my oppinion is bullshit. I have croped many crops without flushing and it was on the top shelf of every club I brought it to

and remember that the first week of 12/12 is transition so your about 6 weeks in. dont panic they will turn

If it has been 7 weeks since 12/12 Flip the plant is most likely around week 5-6 of bloom. I would listen to your friend. a week can only help. It wont hurt.

If your in soil theres only a coule things you have to have down and your gud.

first and most important is to have gud genetics.

2nd only water when your plant needs it when the pot is light.

3rd do not over feed its best to feed/water/water feed/water/water

Man my plants didnt like coffee at all I think it burned them........ Now they all look like that and the buds stink like coffee and I think they are getting mildewy.................I dont think foliar spraying with cofee was good advice man........I am going to mix some crushed up asprin with water and spray them down with it and hopefully that will fix it.

No really I get your point. I have read alot about people lowering the dark time towards the end of the growing cycle to replicate the shorter fall days. I however decided not to fix something that was not broken and decided to keep everything on the 12/12 cycle. If I wanted to experiment with new ideas I would do so on one plant not all of them.

I totally get what your saying although I am still kind of upset about my buds smelling like coffee!!
