Chief my old pal.. kronnix and catt let me post some pics on their threads and you said you didn't mind so being a man without a thread I am going to horn in a bit. My 4 Master Kush plants have been under 12/12 for 7 weeks now and I'm getting pumped. Pleasantly surprized at how well they are enjoying cfl's I don't think the pics do my plants justice and the stink is oh so sweet.
Good eye in noting that the last pics I showed you included one out-right pin to the ground lst and the other was a single pinch with a four way lst. I would have bet that the single pinch and lst would have yielded better but now I am not so sure. I will try to have to remember to separate them ate chop time just to see which way works/yields best.
I figure to have two weeks left and they are plumping up nicely still. Wish me luck down the home stretch. The neat thing is that I could chop them right now and the smoke would be killer. I am however gonna wait for till the end and even cure them a bit first (hopefully) Used a little bit of tiger bloom last fert maybe 1/3 strength and a full serving of molasses. Would you guys recommend just water from here on out or is molasses worth continuing.

I would welcome any last minute pointers if you have any escpecially concerning flushing,fert and molasses at this point. I may have even a bigger problem in that I am going away for ten days in a couple of weeks and am concerned with curing but not overdrying or rotting while I am away.
Catt.. went to Christiana in Copenhagen last summer with the wife and kids. It was a major blast ditching them while we were there for TWO days and hanging around the HASH booths. It was not as cheap as I thought it would be but I smoked more hash and weed than I should have in the weirdest shaped joints. I also violated all rules of common sense and brought back 6 or seven grams in the lining of my jacket. Dumb yes but I made it home. Black hash, green hash, brown hash, soft hash, hard hash.

2.Yes bro do just that when you harvest, because I thought about trying the 4 way lst on my next grow but depending on your results, will I then make my final decision on grow style.
3.I would leave everything out but the molasses, no need to worry about flushing what help makes it sweet, and digestible by us you know, also during the last 4-5 days before your dark period, have you thought about doing ice flushes, which makes the plant think its about to die soon and it give a burst of energy into trying to collect pollen for the last attempt by producing more resin before it dies, also it will make whatever colors the plant has hidden in it come out a lot more, you also make see the plant turn purple in places increasing bag appeal if your into that type of thing, but the purpling is basically from forcing the plant to mature faster at the very end.
4.The drying while your away for ten days like you said you can correct over dried bud with the curing also instead of throwing lettuce in there, throw a slice or 2 of lemon, orange, or something moist and sweet in there with them, for my fruity chronic juice Im going to cure the shebuds with fruity pebbles to help pull moisture out, and let it remoisten with them in the jar also to improve the rumored taste that it has of fruity pebbles.
P.S. (MESSAGE TO ALL)what some people dont know is when drying if you let it dry out to much you may lose the smell of the bud for the most part, but then you can munipulate it to other smell you would like with certain things, but if your want to keep that dank smell you had from the closet dry it to where the stem ALMOST snap, and then start your cure from there you will notice also it will go through a grass smelling period but that will pass dont worry.

thanks Chief for the drying hint....I want to make sure to do it right, I want you to be able to taste and smell all my hard work when I'm curing and I totally would of freaked out if I started smelling that grass smell....lol!

It looks like the consensus is the ice flush. I will look into it a little bit but it sounds like a great idea. I have had the cold touch many an outdoor plant and they look great as a result. I have no objection to the color purple. I use the water from my koi pond warmed up but right now the pond has ice on it which would probably be cold enough. How long should i ice flush? Last two weeks or is that to much. I will also look into a dark period but why not. All that remains is should I use molasses right up until the end. Thanks alot for some great ideas on how to finish strong.

Seeing as I'm picking your brains guys and gals I figure to have TWO weeks to go which is at the far end of the catalog discription so my question is this. Two weeks is quite along time so can I still expect them to still bulk up a bit???? And would the molasses right up to the end help that. I can see flushing ferts, but why do I care if I flush molasses? I think I'm sporting a woody!!!! Parden me catt.

Only the last 5 days with light will do any longer and it locks the plant up from doing anything growing, feeding, drinking, everything.
