Reading this article demonstrates the scope and magnitude of the Californian Marijuana Empire. Of course this is also assuming most of the numbers used are somewhat accurate. Water IS the new oil. No if's and's or butt's about it either. T. Boone Pickens has been buying up water rights for the past decade because he knows it too, is a very limited resource.
