It sounds forced to resign..but it is deeper than just Joe..also involves a bunch of money skimming by Mike it sounds as well...basically, the whole leadership has been called out as in it for profit not patients.

Joe HAS worked very hard, and has Helped a LOT of patients throughout the State as the CEO of the 3MA over his tenure. That Can not, and Should not be overlooked, passed over or slammed. His dedication to personally helping the ill is very commendable.
All I will say form this point on, Is Joe is no longer the CEO of the 3MA. that is a good thing. Time to move forward doing the good work that has been put on the back burner for a yr or so now. Once the time is ready, I am Sure Mr. Komorn will release a statement regarding this latest event.

I'm sure at some point in time he may have had noble intentions, but power leads to corruption and absolute power corrupts absolutley!
Take President Nixon for example most people can't list three good things he accomplished during his tenure and in the end he was just a crook.
