Once some of these folks came to my door, I invited them in for a talk about philosophy and religion, and I listened to what they had to say. But in reality, when I brought up the idea that, we are all gods children, and the biggest thing dividing the world and causing all the problems, is organized religion. The response that I saw on their faces was like, they had never even thought about that idea, or heard it, and I felt like I was blowing their minds in a way, I kept talking about how love and god is one, and humans are all one, and what we need is to unite over our humanness, etc. Just basic "psychedelic mushrooms 101" in my book.
In the end, I seemed to make some solid arguments, and they were on their way, but after they left, I felt like, maybe I did some good.
Interesting afternoon, to say the least.
