can you say "hermaphrodite"?Is it possible to alter the light cycle in the flowering period to 24/12 ?
you don't got the idea why to switch to 12/12 or??Is it possible to alter the light cycle in the flowering period to 24/12 ?
i can tell you, your plants get confused by it and stop growing buds, that simple. and i don't even have try this to figure it, that is stuff the taught us in junior high bio, did you miss this part somehowHave you tried this yourself? or are you just repeating what youve heard?
What if i was to do it just for the last 2 weeks of flowering?
Yeah well maybe you should pay more attention to the way you speak to me..you seem kind of condescending.and i don't even have try this to figure it, that is stuff the taught us in junior high bio, did you miss this part somehow
Thats not an answer.if you plan to cut back the light to 24/12 for flowering. what cycle would you be using for vegging 36/12?
i would try 24/24. keep it even. if you double the night you should also double the day.
i've heard of this being tried and it always came to don't try it. but i do not know why. if you have the means i would go for it. why not?
as far as i know to make your plants flower you have to cut back the light from x amount of hours and make it less. so that's why i asked what you would do for vegging?if you plan to cut back the light to 24/12 for flowering. what cycle would you be using for vegging 36/12?
wouldnt it start to reveg and drop its buds?Have you tried this yourself? or are you just repeating what youve heard?

if a plant gets........pay attention everyone...........12 HOURS OR MORE OF UNINTERUPTED DARKNESS IT WILL FLOWER. 24/24 is more than 12 hours. it can have all the light it wants it just has to have MORE than 12 hours of dark.
or does it? if you went to a 48 hour day maybe it would need 24 hours of darkness to flower?
