yes. back the light up. give them some air every day, the heating mat is your call. keep it on low if kept.

pulling the mat is the right call. ive had much better success rooting without my mat.

day 3, seems to be more droopy, inspected stem cuttings at bottom, no roots, a little bit of brown what I believe to be rot.

All you need to do to make them stop drooping is trim them a little more...leave as few leaves as possible...they will stop wilting over if you just have less plant up to, I see that you have trimmed them, but trim one or 2 a little more and then check them again in 1 hr...bet the retrimmed ones will stand...just had to do this the other night to a couple of mine...and I clone straight under a 400w MH that is only a foot away and they always root, so no need to back off the light or any other thing...

no need to add more clone solution. i have heard that reapplying is counter-productive.

just lifting that light off of their will do it good.

have found the perfect level of light is a single t5 fluor strip with reflector sitting on top of the dome with a paper towel layer between the light and dome.

have found the heat mat to dramatically speed up rooting. that is assuming that the temps of the room are ideal. that light was prbly making the dome way too hot. Then combined with the heat mat makes it even worse.

the thing is that the mat does not heat up the air inside the dome much because the plugs and tray are absorbing the heat from the mat. what improves the speed of rooting is higher medium temps than air temp inside the dome. placing domes in a room that is at the ideal temp with a heat mat is an easy way to get that.

One of these days I'm going to pull out my plastic dome and multi-cell flats from storage. It looks so much cooler then my Taco Bell Cups and tap water.
