saying there is no technique in MMA and that it's basically a street fight is just ignorant in my opinion. submission holds, grapling technique, take downs, boxing, etc... MMA has a ton of technique to it. more so than boxing in my opinion.

I kno theres alot of tech in mma. But what im saying is the majority of ur fighters doesnt Have good stand up ,good ground game amd has submissions. Other thwn a a big handful out of it. Or when sumone looks good they get knocked out
Plus ur championship fights are 30 secs. Boxing fights let u look at the fighter soul in between rounds.. Boxing doesnt build character. It revils it.

I like mma cause its more exciting, but I also watch boxing cause I appreciate a good fist fight.

mma>boxing and it is not even close...boxing uses too heavy of gloves, not to mention 90% of real fights in or out of the ring end up on the ground....that is an awful comparison between ufc and wwf, I do not like Dana and he seems to be trying to emulate that gay ass wwf..it will never happen.

just based on the rules of the game any legit mma fighter would destroy a boxer in the cage. boxers aren't trained to protect their legs; nor do they have to worry about someone kicking them. i don't care who it is...you put a boxer in the ring with a legit mma guy and he's gonna be someone's bitch. same thing if you changed the rules around and told an mma guy he could only box. like kush said...2 different sports.
