Cut a jalepeno in half. Empty out the seeds. Add cream cheese in the middle of the jalepeno. Wrap the whole things with bacon and stick a tooth pick through it. Cook until the bacon is ready.
It looks like this..

Get some ground beef, 2-3 lbs.

Get about 2 lbs of chili peppers: habaneros, jalapenos and serranos usually works nice..

Dice up peppers super fine, toss into bowl of ground beef, add BBQ sauce, a little honey, and a tiny bit of olive oil and whatever else you like, usually a little onion is nice too.

Let that marinate for a few hours, make burgers.... Serve on bakery fresh cut bread.

The oils, and bbq sauce bring down the spice level, and so does the grill. It's not as bad as it sounds, and I'd recommend more habeneros for the chili heads.

Honey, chilli powder, salt, lemon. Real men throw Beer on their meat while it's on the barbie x

Nice recipies guys x

Alot of guys seem to think BBQ means 'incinerate'... My une poured sailing on the BBQ once... It didn't end well...

Get yourself a hard cases sausage and scoop out some of the meat from one half like with Hep's peppers, fill with grated cheddar, Parmesan, garlic, red onion and skewer with a dash of Worcester sauce...

are we talking "BBQ" or "Grilling"? BIG difference...:bigjoint:

we bbq whole hogs down here a few times a year. even tried the hawaiian method of wrapping them in banana leaves and burying in sand. i like the bbq/smoker better.

Well, since I grew up on the Eastern Seaboard, BBQ did indeed mean grilling. What a Texan would call BBQ we called "meat marmalade" in your choice of mid-Yerpeen dialect. cn

the carolinas are on the eastern seaboard and don't try and tell someone there you are having a bbq and then bust out the weber when they get over. lol.

I was in suburban MD in a rather cosmopolitan setting. We had BBQ parties in the summer ... it was almost always two Webers and BYOM (meat). The Hawai'ian couple shook things up once ...

...once. cn

Beer Butt Chicken... Need a whole chicken disgard the neck and liver/heart. wash chicken. butter under the skin as much as possible with out ripping the skin(sometimes I'll mince garlic and add to butter). cover in olive oil. Season (I like garlic salt, crushed peppercorn, season salt, thyme, basil and pork rub). Season inside and outside of chicken. take a half drunk Keystone Light (blue can) (coors light works ok too but Keystone is better for this recipe) and stick up the chickens butt. put on grill for a few hours or quick cook 1 to 2 hours. and enjoy. If you are using a gas grill is a good idea to put foil under the chicken, the beer will boil out of the can and splash all over your flame...thCAXKTH6M.jpg stay high

Up here in Alberta we BBQ year round. The coldest I managed to BBQ in was around -30c (-20f). Summertime is always king though.

I do love international foods so here is a tandoori chicken recipie that many of my friends and myself like.

  • Chicken thighs (with legs) - 4
  • whipping cream – 3 to 4 Tbsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste – 2 Tbsp
  • Coriander powder – 2 Tbsp
  • Chilli powder – 1 Tbsp
  • Cumin powder – 1 Tbsp
  • Garam masala – 1 Tbsp
  • Red food color – 1/4 tsp (optional)
  • Lemon juice – 2 Tbsp
  • Chat masala – 2 Tbsp
  • Salt as required

Make the marinade by mixing all the powder except the chaat masala with the cream, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste and salt.
Remove the skin from the chicken and clean and dry them. Make deep slits on the thighs. Rub the marinade on the chicken and well into the slits. If you want to reduce or increase the heat, adjust the chilli powder accordingly.
Cover with a Clingfilm and refrigerate for at least 12 hours, the more the better. When the chicken is ready to cook, Get the BBQ up to medium temp (your should only be able to hold your hand just above the grill for about 3 full seconds). Bring the chicken to room temperature and rub it with some oil.
Keep a close eye on the chicken as the spice coating will blacken easily so turn often unless you like it blackened like I do.
It takes about 20 minutes to cook(you can check by piercing the chicken and if the juices run clear then it is cooked) remove from the BBQ and let it cool for a few minutes.
Then cut the thighs into 2 (you will get a drumstick and the actual thigh part).
Toss the chicken or rub it gently with chaat masala powder.
