Outdoor bud seems to keep me high longer than indoor, but indoor almost always taste better.

The both have their ups and downs imo
Everybody's gonna have a favorite. I personally don't care if its outdoor or indoor as long as it looks good :weed:
I'm almost with you on this one... but I don't care how it looks, it just better get me HIGH!!! stay high

But as we all know of course you think your method is the best, else why wouldn't you do it differently, no? Growers also tend to have a have a higher regard for their own product than others, and that is only to be expected.

Thus i am not in the least bit surprised you think your method is best and that your weed is, if not the best then, close to the best. Most of us prolly feel similar about ours. (personally i know my method is out of whack atm, just bought a house and still trying to get everything lined up, but i still think its better than any other i can get in my area)
I'm always hyper-critical of my own product. Only if I grow outstanding bud am I happy, I'm always trying to achieve the standards I remember when I visited Amsterdam 10 years ago. ... My best result so far was this amazing 'Lemon hash' I made last week.... I never even knew Hashish could taste of lemons until I made it. LOL

I am so freaking sick of Outdoor being considered inferior by know nothing hacks running corporate wanna be dispensaries! My local one sells a strain on sale claiming Outdoor is the reason but it is really their inferior indoor. Why do folks think Outdoor = Bad?

I believe that we will never mimic nature 100% and any cannabis plant grown with love Outdoors in the SUN will by far surpass an Indoor Industrial Grown medicine.

Who's with Me?!
Outdoor has to win for the sheer lack of hassle involved. And yea the sun.

I like the idea of growing outside, but its the fact the are uncontrollable variables that you have to deal with day in day out that makes me shy away from it. When I go to work I now my ladies are safe and sound and I don't have to worry about the weather, light hours, temps, security, pests, neighbours, bugs etc etc.

That being said I do believe the sun is the best HID light you will ever find.
I have to strongly disagree and ask one thing that we humans have 100% replicated in nature?

Outdoor is great for yield and simplicity, but for quality i'm with the indo guys.

I have grown Indoor for almost a decade now and this will be my 2nd Outdoor.

Buds covered in rain and ice and recovering? Hmmmm ... I have to read that article, although it sounds quite fantastical to me now.

cheers
They do I have both seen and heard it - I made the mistake of pulling my latest bloomers early last year filled with the fear and learned big from that mistake and only read later it is a myth. It is of course a really good idea to cover them before the storm hits, just have to be alert to the weather forecasts late season.

Indoor is ONLY as good as what you put in it.
They charge more for indoor cause they pay for their sun.
They charge more cause u let them get away with it..

Growing indoors allows you full control of the environment, so you can give the plant exactly what it wants, if you have the money and work ethic necessary to do so. Naturally, quality follows. Outdoors, they're going to face 100F days, 40F nights, heavy rain at times and high humidity, bugs getting stuck in the buds (gross to most people), etc... you can grow really great stuff outside, but only if the climate cooperates. Growing indoors takes chance out of the equation.

I think a lot of it depends on the grower himself. if the grower knows what he's doing, it's gonna be bomb whether it is indoor or outdoor. I see lots of shitty indoor grows where they "control" their environment. I see lots of bomb indoor also. same as outdoor. I see a lot of rubbish grows and I see a lot of bomb grows. indoor or outdoor, I like em both. as long as whoever grows it knows what they doing.

i also realized that you guys are talking about a whole different "outdoor" than i was i think.

outdoor here means gorilla grow. meaning they are at best half ass taken care of. Thus my higher opinion of indo. i have no doubt that in the proper locations and with the proper care outdoor is the way to go. i also see very few people doing hydro outdoor. but the hydro vs soil debate is a whole other topic.

I think where you're wrong is; The word you are after is guerilla NOT Gorrilla.

A guerilla grow doesnt need to be outside. A Gorrilla lives in the forest and does.

Guerilla grows can be done on squated land. Indoor or Outdoor.

Thats BS, most of the ppl who thinks indoor is the best is is indoor growers, & most of them hasnt grown outdoors or if they have maybe only a couple of times, ppl act like weed is a plant that jus came into existence, making shit very complicated, why cause?? cause they fall victim to the hype. I got a question 4 all of the homemade marijuana scientist, who loves to throw up tht they can control the environment. ? #1- What is considered the ideal environment of an indoor grow? Becsuse reading Jorge Cervantes books he said that most strains grow naturally in climates between 88-96 degrres, but damn near every thread i read of an indoor grow the growers start to shit a brick temps goes over 80-85 degress. ? #2, If an indoor grower is growing more than 1 strain , how can the environment be ideal between the different strains, especially with most marijuana strains being crosses, ppl jus makes the simpliest things very complicated. because of what their peers think or say 2 be true. If u read a outdoor grow thread you may see the grower mention something about about spidermites ect, but you wont see them go off the deep end vs. a indoor grow thread , because in outdoor grows most of the pest tht may try 2 fuck with your plants are at the bottom of the food chain, so the bugs shit clock is ticking and not from pesticides but nature itself. But with an indoor grow that have pest, the predators that would usually take care of them are nowhere to be found, resulting in the next 3 pages of an indoor grow be,,,,,, neem oil this --- BT that. But for indoor groupie to say that a plangt grew wfrom seed outdoor with the same amount of attention as the same seed grew indoors, that the plant would be even close to superior than the outdoor plant, must not have their Grade 10. & i also wonder after watching all of the marijuana documentaries , why are or were the MM clubs in Dali preferring outdoor than indoor.

Outdoor grower for years. As long as you know what youre doing to the plant while growing,it is just as good as indoor if not better,,but to each their own.

So what do you guys think of the Corporate crooks at my local dispensary mislabeling inferior indoor as outdoor?

Perfectly said. In my opinion a good grower can achieve just as good , usually better, outdoors over indoors.
