Good Strains For Beginners

I plan on ordering some femenised seeds from Sea of Seeds in a few days. I was wondering what are some good strains to try out for a Beginner(First Time Grower) Indoors. Something that isn't too difficult to manage. I know all plants take time and the better you take care of them the better the results. But I don't want a plant that is too hard for a beginner to try and grow. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated. :leaf::-P:leaf:

All with work, just make sure you know the dif between indica and sativa so when you are done you have what you want.

Ak47 is very easy,When u order most sites or some give level of diffuculty.Blueberry was a tough grow for me had to keep a lower ph for some reason They were from BCBD and i just called em and they told me that after lowering was NP.Some strains are tougher to grow,being as where there were grown altitude,humidity, temp etc.

Sour cream, Sour cream, Sour cream,Sour cream,Sour cream! DNA genetics is a very large producer and easy as hell to grow!

short stout indicas are a good place to start sativas an hybrids tend to take a bit more skill as sativa's like to grow like vines with very large internoding good for scrogg or if you arent worried about plant count then they are great for a 10 day flip sea of green it all depends on want you like/want because in the end your the one thats going to be incharge of everything my advice stick to a nice stouty indica for your first and keep the food to minimum at the start and slowly bring it up until you can see a little burn then drop it down to a healthy rate make sure to get a calander to keep a schedule and try to dial in your plants so you can water every other day or every 2 days so you can keep up with a proper feed schedule normal most people doo npk with suppliment then just straight npk then just start ph'd water soo it would be a feed feed water shcedule **** and***** always make sure on your water days that your plants feed almost twice the amounth of water asl they do with nutrients so if you feed 500ml per plant with npk nutirents the try to give them 1000ml on their water day to keep them from building up a toxicity hope this helps a bit!

Try some bagseed you'll be amazed at what you will learn on your first grow. Then on to the more expensive seeds.

Definitely find strains that are 8 weeks strains stay away from the 10 week strains, I made that mistake and ordered two packs of SLH and G13 Haze and they were all 10+ weeks and I still have them (its been over a year now) 8 week strains are the way to go for beginners . Check out Jamaican Dream by Eva seeds it has a very fast flowering time and is a cannabis cup winner, Dinafems Critical+ also very fast flowering and another cup winner. Also most of Cali Connection seeds are 8-9 week strains.

bagseed, bagseed bagseed, no point in spending money on good genetic seeds when chances are decent you will either kill or stunt them. After a grow or two under your belt then go onto an inexpensive seed bank like Nirvana and get Northern Lights, White Widow, Blue Mystic and learn about cloning,etc..then you can dish out money for awesome genetics. Unless money isn't a concern, then go buy whatever.

I'd say bagseed, just because you don't have to buy them. I didn't have any, though, when I started. Among my first tries was Northern Lights. Super easy, super forgiving. I had overheating problems, spider mite problems, overwatering problems, underwatering problems, and cat problems. I bet I had problems I don't even know about. She did amazingly, and produced some terrific bud.

NL # 5?? If you want some cheap seeds I would give Mandala a shot. They supply some good genetics with strains that are heat and mold resistant.

Do you have a plan worked through? Lights, your medium, odor control, air circulation, and temps? I'm a proponet of learning on bagseed your first time, one of the above posters stated you may get a male. Well good, you would learn what it looks like, it's not that hard to tell. If money isn't an issue drop whatever you want on something you like. You do know what you like right? There's some good advise already in this thread. If you want to look at other peoples setup use the search bar, check out some journals there's plenty laid out already. Good Luck!

Well Technically this isn't my first grow i grew two bag seed plants previously they were about 1 week old but I had to get rid of them. This is my first Serious indoor grow and I figured since I plan on going all out I might as well get some seeds that will make it worth while in the end but yet not to hard to manage for a first timer

Technically it doesn't count if you don't take it through harvest.

Blueberry can be finicky, I've had great results for my setup with white widow.

Northern Lights is crazy easy to grow

Very forgiving and has a high stress tolerance
