While a snitch will eventually get what he deserves, are you willing to take the risk?

Do you have a house, family, money? If so, you give him any permanent damage and he will more than likely sue you.

I would drop the friend and work on something more productive. Life is too short to be wasting it on this imo.

PHOENIX -- Four people have been arrested in connection with kidnapping, assaulting and using a branding iron to burn the word "snitch" on a Mesa woman's face, police said.
Investigators said they believe the crime was done in retaliation for reporting one of the men and woman to Child Protective Services in February 2006, which ultimately led to CPS taking away their children.
"If CPS removes a child from the house, there must be some very serious allegations," said Sgt. Chuck Trapani of the Mesa Police Department. "So the children removed, they're in CPS custody, and now they're blaming this person for what they did wrong. "
Police said they arrested James H. Standridge, 34, Jackie L. Getz, 26, and Kibbol A. Avila, 33, on suspicion of kidnapping, aggravated assault and unlawful imprisonment.
Preston L. Valdez, 21, was charged with one count each of aggravated assault and unlawful imprisonment with a no-bond status.
All of the suspects live in the Mesa area.
Police said the victim, a 38-year-old woman, called the Mesa Police Department on June 13 to report the crime.
Officers said an intensive five-day investigation determined that the group worked together to ensure that the woman would be at a certain apartment in Mesa.
When the woman entered the apartment, the group assaulted and held her against her will, detectives said.
The suspects shaved off a portion of the victim's hair and, using a branding iron, burned the word "snitch" on her face, then blindfolded her, officers said.
Her body was also burned with a propane torch, investigators said.
The woman was then placed in a vehicle and driven to a neighborhood where she was released, detectives said.
A witness noticed the woman stumbling down the street and called police, according to investigators.
A second witness stopped the victim and waited with her near the road until police and paramedics arrived. The woman was transported to a local hospital where she was treated and later released.
Investigators executed a search warrant at the apartment where the crime took place and found evidence of the crime. They were able to track down and arrest all four suspects.
Bond for Standridge and Getz was set at $270,000. Avila's bond was set at $80,000.

now if you're actually serious about doing this to someone(which i support 100% btw if you have proof), you do it on the forehead. i read an article these guys in cali kidnapped this guy and tattooed thief on his forehead for stealing a pound of weed. snitches are even worse than thieves though. you do it on the forehead so everyone that sees them knows what they are. these scum bags deserve to walk around with a label for the rest of their lives. i tell you i'd even pay a lot of money to put a bullet in some of these people's heads myself if it didnt mean life in prison. can't say i ever did anything as extreme as tattooing or branding to anyone but i have beaten a couple thieves pretty badly years back that stole from a good friend. i even tried yanking a thief's 2 buck teeth out with pliers. was too hard though cause it was in the middle of town and we couldnt do it fast enough. our plan was spend 90 seconds and leave. i knocked him down rather easy, my friends held him, i tried forcing his mouth open by squeezing between his jaws but he kept moving his head and the fucker actually bit my hand lol. i heard my friend say lets go times up(when you commit certain crimes timing is everything, we figured 90 was the longest we would risk pushing it to). i gave him a quick downward hammer fist with the pliers sticking about an inch out of my hand trying to hit both his teeth but i hit the side under his nose. we hurried in the car and got the fuck away. i seen a bit of blood where i got him. he was all crying and scared looking but i loved every moment of it. i waited the next few hours scared as fuck the cops were going to show up. i kept thinking shit i should have used someone elses car and not my own. i hope no one seen it was in the middle of town. was kinda stupid of me really. nothing ever happen though. i actually only seen the kid once since. he was walking in town again and i was driving, i just flipped him off. he pretended he didnt even see me. its so fun to do shit like this but at the same time i hate afterward the rush of waiting to see if cops are going to show up.

he may have you arrested for branding him.
they would have to have proof. maybe if a witness seen it. a persons word is not enough. they may do questioning, but if you deny everything, they cant do shit unless you slip. friend of mine got questioned for punching some other girl(my friend is a woman btw). no one seen it and the cops questioned her. she denied everything. the cops said well we know you did it so just leave her alone. if she would have admitted it, she would have been arrested for assault. an old friend of mine(before he became a junkie) got beat up once for trying to screw this dudes woman. the bf beat the fuck out of him. my old friend went to the cops and they did nothing, no proof the woman's bf did it. otherwise ppl would be giving themselves marks, going to the cops and telling them they got beat up by ppl they dont like. no proof, no case. cover all bases!

funny thing is snitching rarely even helps. especially at a district level. about 10 years ago i sold to a snitch and she had a recorder and a wire. about half a year later the sheriff comes to pick me up. i had no clue. i found out who did it after reading the police report, but the cops tried telling me if i didnt help them out i was looking at a 4 year felony. i wanted to laugh at that faggot's face, such a lie. they said if i help them out they could get me off with a slap on the wrist. i didnt help them for shit and got bailed out after a couple hours of waiting. never even went to jail. since i plead guilty they dropped it to possession. since i had no record they dropped it to conditional its a law michigan has for first time pot offenders so they dont have a criminal record. it's conditional because if you stay clean for your probation, they wipe it clean off your record. they keep a private record however so you cant get a conditional more than once in a lifetime. they did make me do a shit load of community service instead of jail though. for every day of jail you get, you can do 8 hours or work instead. i'll gladly take the work. sometimes they even let you do community service instead of fines but im one of those hardcore working class types so i paid all my fines right away. cops are a joke.

on a federal level it is completely different though. snitching in front of a grand jury is a whole different ball game. friend of mine got in trouble before for something big time. my friend and his co conspirators did quite a bit of time. the snitch got less than a year and were put in medical prison. medical prisons are for people with disabilities or snitches. this dude has no disability other than being able to keep his mouth shut. someone should brand his face or shoot him.
