I'm not telling him to say anything, I just wouldn't base this off something that happened about 10 years ago! Computer systems, even in small towns, have greatly improved. States use to not be able to tell if your license was suspended in another state, they sure can now!
computers.. right before i got off probation i got a summary drinking in another county.. not state though, man my PO was on it fast.. got a call the next morning, luckily my probation was violated, if she violated me though that woulda been another story... nice titties
Oh but CA does share. They knew about a parking ticket in washington and wouldn't let me get my license here until I took care of it up there. As soon as I did they knew, I didn't have to bring any proof just came
In PA and a lot of other states minor charges like underage drinking are summary offenses.
they dont violate on summary's there.. but he could for the fact he was popped red handed drinkin or whatever
i think you told me what county you were in.. ive been arrested out there, they dont fuck around... but for probation and shit im sure they are pretty sweet with violations because that area is gettin sloppy and tons of people are getting booked daily out there
Yea,probably some type of AA meetings or something if he got a history with it lol.I can't see him getting sent to jail for it unless he's already on probation for a DUI or something Alcohol related.
or he already violated.. violations when added up suck, you dont even think they are violating you.. your PO says, yeah its fine be clean next time then when she finally sends you to jail, you go in front of the judge and realize every time you fucked up and went home you were violated, then she reads off like 13 violations to the judge... it sucks lol

most definitely.. some PO's are just crazy, especially if they think youre getting away with something.. which you prolly are.. youre on rollitup lol but if they really think youre doin something wrong and they figure out what, shes probably going to start digging.. so be on your toes because if she doesnt find it before you see her, it dont mean the records gone, she just didnt look far enough.. yet... hopefully she got kids or somethin so she has better shit to do then troll people
i think i told you where im from.. chesco, i dont live anywhere near PA anymore lol, i had 2 more years left on my shit, i paid 12,000 in fines in one payment.. didnt even ask where it came from, got a letter from the courts to see the judge which i thought was freakin weird.. so i go in, its my PO all pissed off lookin and the judge so i was like wtf did i do? i did test hot for herb like 3 weeks before that though so i was guessing it was that.. judge said, looks like youre getting the idea, you paid your fines off and then asked me what my plan was after parole, i told him i was leaving PA and he was quick to sign my completion forms
I paid my $650 fine in the first few months of my probation, and I think that is why I seem to get by the judge quicker than my P.O. I could buy out my community service hours, which I personally think is a load of horse shit and should not be an option for anyone except maybe the disabled. It's something like $8 an hour. Fuck that I'll go pick up trash I have other things to pay for.
