when they ask to see whats in the boot of the car, you are volunteering to a search. you could just say no.then they recite a traffic and you ask them to display their probable cause. if they don't have it or try to say that, by not opening your boot is probable cause, they are lying. they needed it before they stopped you.

=piped same with the misuse of drugs act, they need "probable cause" to search you, your car and your house. they arn't even able to look into your bags without it unless you volunteer it. tbh if you don't volunteer then they look at you more and may put you down as a person of interest. it 's better to talk around them or bore them off you.
under the firearms act they are allowed to path down anyone without a search warrant

Ask a seasoned guard about probable cause and theyle give you a list as long as your arm

TLDR
Walking around= you have no rights- give in and be searched
In you car= you have no rights- give in and be searched
Your house= So long as you dont act like an idiot or let them in for a unrelated trivial matter= they need a warrent (except for reasons at start)

think we can all agree the law is fickle, and if you come from the wrong place or have the wrong second name it doesn`t really matter what your rights are the coppers are going to do as they wish....

and again tonto is right on the smell thing, don`t know how many times they used that one on me, now as i drove a twincam or ae86, i was a target so never has a thing but they can make life hard....

personally i have no respect for the law here, law of the land yes, the cunts in uniform not a bit...

@tontoboy.....where did you see that they are valuing plants at 800? A friend of mine was in court only about a month for 4 plants and they valued it 1600quid. He got a 3 month suspended sentence, he has previous, im guessing thats why there was such a harsh penalty.

he`s bang on the money with the value billy.... today 800 plants were got valued at 640,000 thats 800 a plant, surprised myself that its so much but there getting so much of it these days they have to value them high to detrmine the big grows, lad with small percy grow i`d say is down to the judge on the day.....

kids party tomorrow, the place is buzzing with kids all day as the bouncy castle arrived at 12... great for them but it had given me a headache by 12.15...
just can`t handle bounceing like i used too hahahahaha



plants have finally showed me some growth, there really looking like plants now,must have got 2 inch spurt last night, and they got quarter pint this morning another quarter tonight, thats not bad for comeing on a month from seed...

hay, yeh doing fine thank god,, no more leaves going yellow,still just 4 on the lower part. i gav it a good dose of rain water that night and then half pint with one drop of baby the next morning and another sup today and she looking great..one thing tho ,ive no rain water left and my tap has 7.5ph so no use,wont be getting any supplies soon so is there anythin else i can use?, i heard lemon juice will bring down the ph,is this a good temp, or i could take a trip to the river with a few 2ltr bottles?

DONT JUDGE ME! I just cut the top bud off my plant before light came back on cause its high and starting to burn (thats my excuse and i am sticking to it) nothing to do with me dieing for a smoke! anyway the lower buds will get bigger, i am not too impressed with canna boost it doesent seem to do anything at all infact id say molasses would be as good or better, anyway heres a little pic of the offending bud i know its small but after the amount of problems i had i am lucky to have anything, i am gonna let it dry for a day or too untill i can grind it



Mandy what ph is your rain water? i would suggest you get yourself a ph meter and a bottle of ph down and dont be a fool like me and buy crap ph down from a pet shot that shit is crap, its two things you will need and end up buying at some stage if you keep growing so best to get it out of the way and buy it now rather than fuck about with lemon juice or trips to the nearest river

he confirmed it with the garda press office since it was so high, was stable at 450 from january till then, maybe it varies court to court day to day now.

thanks, its just i will not be able to get any supplies for 2 weeks ,im just looking for a temp because my tap water is 7.5, i checked with ph meter, rain water ph is 5 ,and if lemon juice or river water will work it would be no hassle to get some. my plant is dry at the mo, i have 1ltr of rain with 2 drops of baby bio it it will i just giv her that?
