I have a white homeboy that calls black people nigga......He has gotten into a few thumps.....but the majority of black people respect him......He was raised in a mostly black neighborhood......

They are, for the most part, not used in the same context though. Most black men who call each other niggas aren't doing it to insult the other.......Most white men who call black men ni66ers are doing it as a direct insult to their ethnic background

i see your point, but i also see theirs simply cause when someone uses nigga its not normally used in a hateful way unlike nigger which when normally said has hate an anger behind it.
