My TimeWreck are seriously blowing it up at 2 weeks in bloom. I really need to do some major understory thinning this weekend... Timewreck will outgrow almost everything for sure.

Hi Subbie. Very roughly 6-10 weeks (I try for 8 weeks). I offset my 1 gallon pheno runs by a month so they are "isolated" from my main bloom run. Same room, just offset by 4 weeks so I can give them proper attention when they are finishing and I am not overwhelmed by my main bloom finish. 8 weeks from seed allows me to top for clone mothers before sexing in bloom.

My 1 gallon pheno runs are designed to be really tough on new strains as it is really stressful to grow 30-50g in a 1 gallon pot. I don't give them full attention, messing with light a bit and nutes a bit. I want to see if they will herm from being "neglected" so to speak. If they don't show any herm traits in the tough 1 gallon conditions I am pretty sure they are solid for 10 gallon runs. :-)

Good to hear your reasoning... I'm going to be doing a similar type pheno hunt grow and have been debating pot sizes... it seems like 8 weeks in veg in 1gallon they'd outgrow the pot do you go light on the nutes? My plants have usually outgrown that size pot by late veg... I imagine I'd be watering daily early into flower do you not run into issues like that?

And 8 weeks in a 1 gallon is a long time, but remember that I will be taking a nice size clone off the top, about 2 weeks before flower, so I use that opportunity to bring the plant down to 6 main nodes and get her ready to flower. I have to water about once every 3 days in flower. I am certainly stressing them but that is part of what I want to be doing here.

Also, about the first month of veg is under fluorescent lighting, before some MH time to kick them into gear. This helps keep them under control too.
 
You are way more confident than me to only take one cut :) I am nowhere near 100% success on cuts I'd be afraid it wouldn't take, tho I guess by the time it should be rooting you're probably still in veg right so you could always take more if you had to? Guessing maybe success rate on that top cut for rooting is pretty good too so maybe that helps. Yeah the flos would definitely help keep the growth manageable. I also control mine by the nute strength. If I don't want'em to grow they just get a low strength tea :)
 
Exactly Sense. I still have time in veg to take a clone if the first doesn't take. This just happened to me with a SpaceDawg.
 
Holy Fuck our latest round of TimeWreck are at 6 weeks and completely off the hook. I mean, our TimeWreck got published in Skunk and this round is blowing my mind. The resin production is absolutely blowing my mind... like top end of what I have ever seen. Color is blowing my mind too.

If I can get them out of the back of the bloom room I will take some early photos. I need to stake things up again anyway, it is crazy good in their hood...

lol. I have notes and photos but life got in the way of updating this and other threads the past couple months.

We did run them all again and holy smokes.. all our Timewreck phenos were vigorous, super dank girls.

I am reorganizing things now so that I can get all my journals in line, finished and started... Time will tell.

Oh yeah, Timewreck 4 is our keeper. Fucking BOMB!

Wow Hovering... that is insane killer! Is it a knock you out kinda heavy stoned, or could you function on an outing?
