Medical Marijuana Card

To get a card in my state you have to have severe pain or severa nausea, so if i dont have one of those conditions how would i get a card.

K i just cant see myself walking into my doctors office and saying "sir i have back pain and when i smoke marijuana it takes the pain away so will you sign this form".

if you live in cali just go to a clinic and they will give you a doctors card who is "easier" to obtain cards from then go complain about you back.

Wait before you go and pay $ you need to have been diagnosed with an injury or illness, and have a prescription for that diagnosis. See what people don't know is that you need to have a drug that marijuana replaces. So don't jump the gun too soon and spend the $, it would suck walking out empty handed. Good luck man.

what you do i stell the doc you have back pain, then maybe see him another time and have him write a note saying he treats you for chronic pain, then the pot doc writes you the script, thats how i did it anyways, i had a kaiser doc recommend me pot for me, or recommend i go see a pot doc i should say, most docs will play along if you tell them what your trying to do

Talk to someone at the THC Foundation. I would have my card here already but I have to drive four hours each way to get it and a couple hours to a dispensary. Not worth it to me. The conditions are limited but if you have another medical condition they can often work with you.

You don't have to be dying of pain, you just have to show a history of chronic pain. And you have to be smart about it if the laws are tight where you are, you don't go in looking like a tard and say I want to smoke marijuana so I'm complaining about this kink in my neck... Instead you go in saying I've had this kink in my neck for years that I've been using every over the counter drug to control for years but nothing is working any more.

Get a prescription for any kind of pain killer, go in a couple times for that issue trying other pain meds even if he's just giving you prescription strength ibuprofen etc, and then you have established a medical history of a chronic pain condition that qualifies you.

Most places it doesn't take nearly this much work though, and it's about as easy as getting a parking ticket.
