i drink nothing but water all the time. its hot enough outside that anything else you consume gives you dehydration. but i continually get cramps in my neck muscle, leg, foot, and back. i consume mostly eggs with anything that has a mass amount of carbs and calories. taking in those factors what is your thoughts on ways to combat cramps? wont take offense to any suggestion.

There are not many truly calcium-rich foods that are nondairy. Sardines are one; dark leafy greens (kale, spinach) another, but they're not superrich in Ca. Imo a supplement, like the aforementioned calcium gluconate tabs, would be the easiest way to test the premise.
For potassium (if that turns out to be the thing), bananas are the gold standard. Potassium tabs can be had as well. cn

I don't really know of any way to combat them besides staying hydrated.

But I suffer from some intense leg cramps. Really only get them about once or twice a month (usually after a night of heavy partying, or a long day of strenuous exercise). They usually strike when I'm sleeping, jolting me from my slumber and causing me to cry out in pain. I remember scaring the shit out of an old girlfriend once when that happened; had a good laugh about it.

I feel like all I can do is live in fear of the night cramps...

nuts. nuts are high in calcium.

for leg cramps, apparently it helps if you make a habit of drinking tonic water.
