Why don't we have XXX video games yet?

Just thought of this..

You all know I'd buy the shit out of that. Would you?

Billion dollar industry right there (literally, mark the words)

Yes, I would also buy the shit out of that.

There are some XXX flash games available on the internet, but that shit is garbage.

I want to see beautifully rendered 3D boobies, and I want to have the option to make my main character jizz all over them! Is that so wrong?

That shit will happen, I guarantee it

What kinds of laws/regulations are in place to restrict the undertaking of such an endeavor?

Xxx video games have not reached consoles because of mom groups and religious groups that get together to pressure and threaten the companies. But there are pc sex games I'm pretty sure.

No laws against it at all, as long as the game is properly rated. It's groups like I mentioned, the same ones that threaten to boycott. The companies don't want the bad press and that goes with that. Plus console companies have pretty much said that don't want to get involved with that because of those reasons. Sucks a big one.

It's all about the skrilla man. Video game companies make games to sell them and make $$$$$$$$$$$. Now it is true that XXX game would make money, but they likely wouldn't make as much as other games which are full of violence and death. I love poon as much as I do exploding skulls...or do I? But we all know that moms and dads in America ( and other countries) buy these super violent games for their kids thus increasing the revenue for the producers more than if just the "intended" audience were to purchase them. It is incredibly likely (almost 100%) that these same parents would not be buying these games with intense sexual overtones for their children as well. That equals a much smaller bottom line in the end and therefore less profit.

It is entirely possible that in the future these games will be made, and will be successful. I just don't see it happening soon....because of that whole wanting to be filthy fucking rich thing...which I can more than understand. I would love to be rich as hell, and live in a fabulous mansion, smoking the greenest of the green while everyone complains about why there are no XXX videogames.

It wasn't so long back the video games of today would have been banned so they can't be that far off, the one thing I struggle with though is why would you buy a computer game with graphics for people when you can just watch porn with real women? With porn free all over the internet I can't see a big market in what would probably look like that game the sims? real women FTW lol

I would still play this video game if there was one lol.
But it would have to be a well made game not a crappy throw it together game.

They had plenty of XXX PC games back when I was a kid, I remember seeing ads for them in the back of PC gaming mags. The only one I can remember the name of is Virtual Valerie.

I'm sure there are many already...

But is there any need?

It just seems kind of sad to me.

I'm sure some guy feels really manly because he has a sex game. U think there are enough kids who watch too much porn in their basements. Its that whole devalued women thing all over again. I know alot of guys who like to treat girls like their computer; close the window when they're done. I really don't want to think about what openly marketed games like that are going to do to the psychology of a nation when there is already so much cheapened sex, promiscuity, STDs, girls and guys alike feeling dirty and cheap, sexual violence, families being broken up etc.

I don't think a game like that should be openly seen and 'acceptable' and 'commonplace'. I'm not saying everyone should be a virgin prude but I think there SHOULD remain a certain degree of taboo keeping a cap on sexual immorality. The human nature is to satisfy carnal desire immediately at the expense of other aspects of wellbeing. It seems all fun and games when we always get what we want or feel entitled to do but there just comes a point where it gets tragic. People's views on love and sex can be crazily warped as it is.

Someone's going to want to treat a woman like a video game character as there are already guys who like to make women appear like sex dolls and perform/look like a pornstar because that is what they subscribe to. Years ago many things most people would say 'eww, that's nasty' to are now expected to be accepted because it is commercially popularized. People's rape fantasies are normalized (it's fine if both partners are ok with roleplay btw), double anal fisting is normalized (and the subsequent rectal prolapse is sexualized), shaved pussy is normalized, women are now expected to let you jizz all over them, fist their ass, and call them slut all because someone saw it in a porno once. It encourages people to act out. Sexual freedom is all well and good but its too easy to dehumanize people when people get so obsessed with sexual gratification. I have to rein myself in when my desire is becoming an inconvenience..

Look at the state of people already

This article is talking about sexy manga/anime but the same applies to games. Japan does have a large erotic console and PC game industry as much as I love it

I have come across numerous titles that, while they feature different narratives, characters and styles, they have all invariably held with the pornographic themes of objectification and domination, even in cases when it is a woman instigating the sexual encounter. The common theme is inequality in power, where one individual is coerced, sometimes violently, to the sexual whims of another, and is then depicted as enjoying this subjugation. While there are instances more in line with what feminists would label as erotica — depicting a more equal display and acceptance of pleasurable sex — my perusal of free sites tend to find more of the pornographic than erotic persuasion.

The hentai girl is not a representation of an actual woman — there is no physical woman with a lifetime of identity, agency and choices that has led to the appearance in the narrative. Without any ability to claim agency, all potential control over her representation is in the hands of the creator. As ink-and-paint or pixels, these representations are malleable, able to be shaped into any position that serves the whim of the creator. This “vulnerability” means her body can be horribly disfigured, with breasts larger than anything physically possible, and she can be subjected to activities impossible in live action depictions, such as the spectacle of tentacle rape and some forms of bestiality, bondage and other fetishes. ”She” can have no say over any of this, as “she” is not a flesh-and-blood woman the creator or consumer need to identify or empathize with. ”She” is a lifeless doll, with no legal rights, no voice, and no choice but to be the way she is animated. And this relationship between creator, consumer and hentai girl could give men the wrong idea about how to react to any and all women: without proper experiences and information countering such representations, men could be desensitized into seeing all women as these dolls.

Some may argue that hentai should not be considered the same as live action pornography because of the exaggerations possible due to it being animated; thus, it cannot be seen as anything but humorous, a playful stress release, and not a threat the same what they live action, which uses real women, can be. Others still may argue that hentai is just the ultimate expression for the creator’s and consumers’ fantasies due to the malleability of the text. However, the same has been said about live action pornography, and how the fantasy elements of such works relate to the consumers’ acceptance of certain attitudes towards women. Fantasies not tempered by reality can take a strong hold on the viewer, and can be unleashed to horrible results.
Also, not all of hentai is of the extreme exaggeration found in some subgenres like tentacle rape. A large portion of hentai is depictions of real world events, such as bukkake in a train or school classroom, aligning them with similar scenes of orgies in live action pornography. If these images are not challenged by other information about the reality of sexual relationships, especially heterosexual ones, then the viewer may perceive these images to be the norm, regardless if it’s in a cartoon or not. As post-modernist Jean Baudrillard would argue, the very fact that the women are simulacra — hyperrealized and idealized versions of something that does not and cannot exist in physical reality — may make the consumer perceive them as more real than real. The malleability of the hentai may make this depiction worse if the consumer becomes the creator. Creating doujinshi hentai that imitates and thus reinscribes the same ideologies of official hentai can reinforce this perception of male dominance and female subservience. The reality of the hentai girls being unreal can create a vicious cycle that only strengthens the negative portrayal.

I might feel a bit different about a classy game with two consenting equals where you treat virtual girl like a real lady, considering her interest and pleasure (or a female player with a man, but we all know it's men who court and are most likely up for it lol) A real storyline, nice artwork, maybe something couple could play instead of a reclusive singleton with a real-women-are-bitchhoes complex.

But we all know we wont get classy games and it will be called Big Tits Slut Paradise or something with fake titted blondes saying 'I want your amazing cock' as soon as you've said 'hi' to them or something.

I completely agree with you xKuroiTaimax but instead of courting the women for 3 months in my video game you would more or less get "rape points" like on GTA your proverbial "double kill" would be pushing 2 of them bitches through the doors of the abortion clinic at the same time and instead of finding +1 mushrooms you would find bottles of Rohypnol...

I would love to see a sims style growing game.
Where youd start with being given a seed to grow outside near your house and when you harvest You make/save the money to get an apartment and small setup.
Each level you go up you can have choices on doing outdoor grows and different houses with levels of risk, different environments which have unique challenges to your grow, cost of rent and power etc, gangs in the area could rob you, you can go alone or with other growers which increases the risk of getting busted and narking etc. You can go the medical route and start a dispensary or go illegal each with different risks and challenges.
Me and a mate got stoned and came up with so many variables which would make an awesome game that could work lol. I mean you can already brutally murder people in most games and any top game has violence and adult themes so why not get into the dirty details

There are x rated Pc games. And there a boot leg or Imported game for the original Nintendo system. Something about General Custer, an Indian maiden and boners

There are hundreds of Ero-RPGs out there. A sexy couple's one could be interesting and a way of seeing how your significant other operates but as if you were a third party or voyeur. You could go virtual toy/underwear shopping and help her try it all on. Boost your girlfriends confident and she starts getting bolder in bed.

It could work... But it's probably just going to be diving in balls deep right off the bat, isn't it?

OH SHIT

I forgot about Project Rub... Which I am about to download and test right now..

Review to come.

I cannot imagine such a game holding the player's interest.
Games are made of two basic components: the action and the scenery. The scenery WILL get boring after a while, no matter how intense, explicit or just plain kinky it is at the beginning.
The action ... how many moves can there be? It will really be a "first person shooter" type game with a slightly different thrust&parry grammar ...Maybe it should be a "last person shooter" game ... last one to not spill his (or her!) load wins ... cn
