get a medical grow card and start right back up. dont let the fuzz keep ya down for to long. i got a visit from the police here in Portland before..the first time they came up, they didnt have a warrent and tried to "sly" their way in..i wasnt havin none of it and locked my door and talked to him through the window. after about a 5 min conversation with him he left with his tail in between his legs because i kno my basic civil rights and he had no warrent. about 2 weeks later they showed up again with a warrent and busted right through my back door at like 6am. after pulling me, my wife and kids out of bed at about 6:01am they looked around my house for just a little bit till i presented them with my OMMP card and grow info and their faces literaly went from all smiles...to a huge frown. they took down some info and left just as quick as they came and its been almost 2years and havnt had any probs. they didnt even go to my grow rooms and look..they didnt do nothing but brake my door frame and dent the shit out of my back door.
so if u can get legal...do it bro. its just the way to go. Good Luck dude.

Wow i can remember those days so well...you need to move to a MM state..they still bust us and take are stuff but they never charge us with any thing...

I burn all my shit and bury my old soil in the woods butI live in the sticks. I also go out of state for hydro stores but I have ordered online a few times nothing too big though. I also don't tell anyone and I keep a pad lock on my basement door so they can't say my wife had any idea what is going on. I have no light leaks and I vent to my attic so no heat signature.

Everyone that doesnt know what to do with their grow by-products: BURY THEM IN YOUR BACKYARD!

They would need a warrant to even dig on your property!

id imagine it works well for dirt, plant matter, etc.



that way the evidence never leaves the house so u cant even get busted trying to take the mj trash from your house and dumping it somewhere (assuming they were on to you) if you bury it on your property they cant obtain it and use it against you. they nail you when you toss it in the trash because once you put your garbage on the curb its fair game (thats how it is in most places i know of)

so either bury it or take it out right as the garbage man comes down the street!

sucks, a regular guy . Not hurting no one , not being public bout it or anything , growing a plant.. like man , its just BUD, theirs people probably people a mile down the street in a different house doing coke , or shooting up.. THOSE ARE THE PEOPLE THAT END UP BREAKING INTO HOMES, N KILLING PEOPLE. Never hear of anyonone shooting someone for marijuana .
UNLESS YOUR GANG RELATED/CARTEL.. again sorry that had to happen to you man.. really crappy to hear!

That sucks, really does. I store all of my leaves in a bag until the grow is done then drive to the middle of nowhere and dump them in a dumpster.

Man I feel your pain,I was busted back in 2009 and am now just getting my life back together,my arrest and conviction cost me everything,my job,my home,my savings,and even some bullshit friends.I was charged with several counts most where felonies.Oh yea and I live in Indiana,it is a bullshit state too for marijuana laws.They took everything I had to grow with.When it was over I was charged cultivation,and nothing else.I hired my lawyer off of normals site.He was a helluva lawyer.I did not spend a nite in jail,I bonded out right away.So I ended up with 1 year of supervised probation,6 full months of in home detention at 119 bucks a week.I also got lucky with my lawyer who got it worked out that if I was a good boy and didnt get into trouble I would be able to get the felony removed from my record at the end of the probation period.Thats where I am at now is waiting for the time period to pass.So I feel your pain and know your agony in this,just remember that now you know what not to do.Life will get better when all this passes over.
I was busted for ordering seeds online.

...Can you give a little more detail into just how all that went down and how it happened? Was it the package intercepted and then delivered to you by Buford Justice or something like it?

for real I got to hear this one alls I can think is dude got a few packs of seeds sent to his house and the postal wokers informed police of packages from over seeds.

Everyones missing the point here..... Is N. Carolina a MMJ state? NO... Therefore, it is against the law to grow, posess, and smoke marijuana... Why would you risk your livelyhood to grow a few plants??? If its not legal in your state, and you dont have a card, then you are asking for trouble gorilla growing...
