My Vietnam Veteran Patient was rear ended bad a few weeks back and sent on a board to the E.R. sober and in pain they decided to draw his blood as well being that his name is on there black list and such .. Fecking ridiculous this is and he too will have to see a judge after he gets out of Intensive care .. Sad thing is he had not smoked in days and was laying off for a tolerance break and then this happens ..

I don't understand how you can be charged with DUI if you quit smoking for several days. I thought they only looked at active THC. Thought they make some ruling medical patients can still have the metabolites in there system and be legal. Just makes me wonder if they are trying to charge people with DUI for having metabolites and not actual active Delta 9 THC. Either way its a fucked system.

Yesterday afternoon Belle got into a pretty bad accident. It was very foggy out, I was out right before her. She rear-ended a truck. Nobody was hurt but her. I am not sure on many of the details, but she was rushed to the hospital. They drew her blood and attended to her. Late last night they ended up rushing her up to Marquette General because she had a few vertebrae colapse and they need to watch her. The potential for being paralyzed or being severely fucked up is very high. Before they transported her, the police officer called her at the hospital and told her they were seeking a warrant for her having thc in her system and driving on her medication. Some people on here know of the huge deal her 1st mj dui costed. Belle is in a world of shit right now. Physically, spiritually, mentally, emotionally, financially you name it. Please keep her in your prayers.

If she was on Oxys they wouldn't have a case at all: she needs lawyer to argue forcefully for her.

Jury trail: make that jury understand that the FOG caused the crash.
Don't let them make another tragedy out of a horrible situation.
Make them prove the MM in her system made the accident unavoidable.

Ed Czuprynski got my cousin's grow charges reduced to a misdemeanor possession back in 08. He had close to 40 plants ready to take down when he was raided, and had a couple firearms too. AND they even gave him all his equipment back minus the guns. He's a great lawyer, you should give him a call. A lot of lawyers said my cuz was screwed then Ed dominated that shit. The other lawyers were telling him he'd be lucky to get a 7 year felony w/ probation and all the trimmings.

I have talked to both, Ed was reluctant to work in Saginaw unless we got the right judge (I guess he's been kicked out of a few courtrooms) but I guess he is golden with the right judges. Grabel got all my shit dropped, and then helped me on some other cases just to help me get my moneys worth. I gave them 2500 on a old resisting and obstructing and malicious destruction to police of fire vehicle and they just dropped it altogether. He was so glad it went well he decided to help me get my drivers licence back. He went to court for me 3 more times on a driving on suspended, still on the same 2500. I was more than impressed.

It's because they set the level of "allowable" THC in your system so low as to be, in effect, a Zero Tolerance Law.
