So the moon has been doing this? I don't care what you "think" and what you're "opinion" is. The TRUTH is that Texas was never meant to stay in the union, Texas can stand alone, and the South will rise again. The south is unified, moreso than the north (look at a slavery state map vs a Republican states map for this years election). Obama is this eras Lincoln, he has to decide to declare war or change federal law (or at least make a statement) and possibly preserve the union. 1st for marijuana, 2nd for secession requests, 3rd for illegals in America (people are in jail for their nationality).

I don't do any Criminal activity (except smoke weed) so actually you're point is irrelevant. The only charge I have in Texas is possession of MJ, and I don't have to leave the country to keep them from arresting me.

And if Texas left and Mexico joined I would live in Texas, and if I got more possession charges I could just go to Colorado or Mexico which would now be another country (seperate from Texas)

Okay ... but without US military assets, a unified South is prey. Not a viable proposition. The difference between Lincoln's day and now is comprehensive. There's not a trace of the opportunity the Confederates had in 1861. cn

The Federal Gov't owns those assets ... Texas is just providing a home for them. If Texas secedes, those are GONE. Do you imagine for a second we'd say "go ahead; keep the B-1Bs and Abramses and Patriot missiles"?? HAYL no. We'd even insist on an accounting of military-owned .22 rounds. cn
