Marley i rang tarahydroponics.com today cause they never bothered to get back to me, the guys says some stupid excush as to why they dont bother fixing the website, anyway they dont even have any 400watt kits he even said they arent making 400watts anymore??!! offered me a 600w for same price but i dont have room for it,

iam i went with fat richie 400hps and the royal mix, if its good i may try the batshit one next time, with that soil and that light there would be something wrong if i dont have jars filled by paddys day!

I can get you a DIY instruction on how to do it from another site if you wanna PM. I also know of a very good DIY 5 gallon bubble bucket that will be much cheaper to make. Prob 50 including pumps and stuff. But with the 36 l res in the cooler you can go longer without changing the res than the 5 gallon and also the ph will be more stable which is very important. You dont really wanna do more than one plant per container because roots get tangled up and inevitable some plants will dominate over others and the other plants will be crap. Your better off having one huge monster. To get a gram per watt ud need to veg for prob 2 months and scrog but even if you only vegged for a month with no training you could easily get a half gram per watt.

Im thinking of making the DWC out of 2 x 189l (45euro each) tanks the two would fit into my tent nicely. In each i was gna do either 3 r 6 not 2 sure yet but i wana be growing from clones not seeds and i think i will just go straight to 12-12 . As for the water temp im hoping it will b stable when i done my first dwc in a single pot in the same tent the temperature was always at least 5 below the tent which ment it was at 20-21 C . Wit a 189l res i will probly only put in about 150l but it should b that easy to heat up . The lid of the res will be diamond mylar to reflect the light back up and hopfully keep temp stable also.

I have a hunger for knowledge so any instructional links u have for me on DWC will be much appreciated bongsmilie

As for the roots getting mixed up with each other in there would that really be a problem ? As i was thinking dont the roots in nft grows get meshed together .

thats a bummer kang i bought my 400 off him only five weeks ago.did he offer ya a 600w digital kit for 99e .if he did ill get one myself while there goin

thats a bargain kang for sure its 55e for a bulb alone.i think ill get one just ta have there wont get the chance again at that money.my bitches are flyin 19 days since plantin showed there sex 4 days ago an i have 3 girls happy days.this yolk wont let me put a picture up.

the stalks on my leaves have a lot of red is this normal lads or is it some sort of def.i havent added any nutes yet.other than that there flyin.whats the lowryder2 smoke like when finished kang like is it better than street weed dont think i ever smoked proper home grown before cant wait till there ready mid january

Red/Purple on the stems of fans leaves is mostly a sign of over feeding but its very normal and nothing to worry about, i get it nearly every time as i like to push them, what type of soil you using again biobizz? theres lots of nutes in the soil you wont need to add much only water,

the smoke is very good man, i was used with street weed and the lowryder2 was bomb, it has strong smell and nice big frosty buds, i told my mates it was amsterdam weed when i smoked them out and everyone was very impressed and sure it came outta the dam and not from ireland, very nice high, infact after i choped it my scissors were covered in sticky thc, i rolled a small jay using what was on the scissors and i was really really fucked up, almost tripped!

no im usein westlands multipurpose compost with added john innes.seem ta be doin the job so far.ill only give them water till i see them fadein a bit.great ta hear the red stalks is not a prob.ill put pics up as soon as this yolk lets me.

Fuck just looking at the plants and the little girl at the back of the wardrobe that i changed from coco to soil dident react well to it! it had little balls on it done a nice hermie on me, the balls at the top looked like they were just starting to open, lower ones were just little white sacks unopened, i took it out and choped it, no buds it was only 10 days in flower, bummer just hope it dident spread and juice on the other girls! ill be keeping a closer eye on them in the next week to see

What german shit md? How you been mate? quite around here last few days, another couple of fresh pics, alot of growth in the sugar leaves and tonight she will get more bloom nutes than grow nutes, ive been breaking her in adding a little bloom to the grow nutes and now shes ready for bigger feeds

the red stalks are problay from the cold weather marley, i see it a few on my girls

1 positive thing about the cold nights, ill be smoking some purple bud in few weeks

Here's the plants 5 days from seed already. I am using only plagron batmix, plagron organic root stimulant, sannies symbiosis (friendly fungi and bacteria to inoculate the soil) and sannies bacto. In 5 days since popping they filled out the starter cups they were in and had a few 8 inch roots sticking out circling the bottom of the cups. I have never seen root growth like this. So now they are in the final 10 litre pots and must start growing towards that screen to get her filled up. Organics is a great method of growing, so nice never having to worry about PH.
