Only 2 went legal and the UN doesn't have jurisdiction in the matter, the rest of the world is looking to us to stop the prohibition. The blood of thousands is becoming a resounding voice for rethinking this position and it is sinking in.

I am sure of this, I can feel it in my bones the time has come to stand up and refuse to be policed for it any more. The ball is rolling and it will not stop here!

I never had an issue with CC seeds sometimes breeders end up with thousands and thousands of seeds maybe they dont inspect each one i dont know i never judge a book by its cover I had the ugliest white premature seeds turn into beautiful plants

Subbed. I bought those 2 strains as well but don't plan to run them for another few months. It'll be interesting to see how they do before I grow them out myself. Good luck!

By premature I mean they are not viable. Did not pass the pinch test.

If a seed is good I don't care what it looks like.

I have this strange sensation too ! But not because the governments have actualy understood the ethical contradiction of keeping cannabis illegal, rahter for the fact that they are slowly discovering all new sort of MJ related business, and in this period of crisis cash is priority (like always in this world unfortunately)...And donno if your talkin about the US but also in Europe the situation is evolving...In Spain i would say that it is almost legal (there are tons of spanish seedbanks...even Rare Dankness estabilished there..)...But i still think that $$ will be the number one reason for legalization...This business has a potential on par with tobacco and alchol...Just wait that some big heads start to invest and we will all forget the times where cannabis was illegaly homegrown:bigjoint:...

so id suggest doing what they asked as thats the way to get the replacements from attitude not and not from me especially like this as well as telling everyone they will replace the seeds if u send em back but thats not to your liking...

cuz i have the same type of replacement policy we need the seeds and packaging sent back to us for replacement.

just send the man his seeds,i had ordered Kens Kush from the Attitude and out of 10 beans only 2 germinated.i was pisst and did not want to wait 2+weeks for shipping so i went to the source got a hold of GDP collective.I talked to Mr. Estes told him my situation that i did not want to wait 2+weeks for shipping & that i would send him my e-mail receipt.Guess what he didn't have the attitude you did he made it right and even sent me pack's of his Bay11 & GDP..Mr. Estes was just glad i chose his genetics and thank'd me,i then knew i wanted to buy more of his gear.Swerve grow up man you act as if you a paranoid!this man decided to spend his $$$ on your gear but instead you want to act like a as clown!:twisted:

I ordered 2 packs of Bodhi seeds along with these that came in just regular baggies. There's no problem with those. I also had these sent to me wrapped in a t-shirt so there was lots of padding.

Right so I've created this thread to talk nonsense about Swerve and Cali Connection.

Nonsense.... like I think there is a quality control issue considering whomever packaged your seeds somehow missed 2 very obvious premature seeds, and 3 cracked ones.

Nonsense.... like there is a lack of customer service and all anyone has to do is read this thread to see you putting blame on the postal service, the customer, anyone but you and your company.

So you're saying there is no sense to my logic here? It seems very logical to me, and so does creating a thread detailing my experience for all to see. We are well beyond me attempting to get replacement seeds here Swerve. I don't want them anymore. This is bigger than that now.

You put a lot of effort on the front end of your company with lots of advertising and hype and you completely ignore the back end. That is going to catch up to you holmes. If you can't or don't have time to make sure your customers stay happy and are satisfied, I would suggest perhaps hiring someone who can do that for you. Whatever you pay them it will be less than all the money you're going to lose from displays like this one. People talk. Especially when they feel they've been wronged.

You could have come in here and been cool and helpful and then everyone would respect you a little bit more. Like I said bro you're sinking your own ship here.

The retailer has NOT offered to make it right. They told me to send the package back in their UNOPENED containers and they will see what they can do. Well, damn I opened my containers so now what? I guess I'm SOL. No, I'll cut my losses and see if I can turn shit into roses.

I wish there were more threads like this I had read before placing my order, because I would have chosen not to support you and your company. I can now see why so many people hate on you on all the other sites. Take some responsibility man this is a problem on your end.

However, this thread may still yet take a turn in your favor, if your beans have the fire in them. If that's the case, then perhaps whomever reads this thread will grab your gear despite the downsides and risks of ordering your stuff, because the pot is good. Either way this thread shall continue, because the people deserve to know.

So here's what we got:

The damaged bean does indeed have a tail! So that makes 3/4 so far for the affie, and...

It's looking like we are gonna have 8/8 for the Chem 91.

The ones with tails will go into promix, while the rest will stay in the paper towels till they get a bit bigger.

Where did you hear that? I've heard the opposite, and he certainly seems to be in with the right people. If you have a solid resource for that info I'd def like to hear about it. I always like to know exactly what it is I'm growing.

im sure swerve has the right cut, infact, im sure he has the whole chem library. he wouldnt be a cup winner breeding with unverified cuts. dude is prolly confused with rez, who also has the bomb ass chem ibl.

Yeah I figured the haters would be coming in here laying on the garbage talk and lies. If you make comments like that with no proof you're just stirring up some turd stew. I won't take a bite.

Reason has always told me Swerve had the real deal for the exact reason he has expressed here. He knows the right people, as I've seen demonstrated on numerous occasions by those people in various threads.
