Yeah bro, I know that this is a international website. I just didn't know you lived in nz.
And my bad on you guys not having acess to wally-worlds nor lowes! Idk what you guys have,never been there. And with what your saying bout a pck of ciggs being 15$ a pck!
I myself am a smoker, so I. Do believe I will keep my happy ass right cher in the good ol' us of a.. ;) anywho, 4 real, those 300watter I was talking about, I thought that was a really good deal on them, being there 300 watts & under 20 bucks here where I live. You could always get online and order from wal-mart. Anyways, just thought I would make a suggestion. You obvisously got your grow on anyways. ;) well take er easy. Oh like the avatar pic!

Oh. I posted up a few pics for you to check out & get some feed back as 2 how y'all think I am doing? The little one is Brains Choice. And the other I have NO clue as to what strain she is or anything about her! All I know is she's a really fast grower & smells killer already! She less then a month old! If anyone has seen one of your babies or someone else's that looked/looks similar, please let me know what you feel she is, as in sativa or indica, kush or whatever.? I named her hubba bubba bomb. ;) oh & the LED system I mentioned is the one in the picture. Believe it or not, I wrote a LED company, told them I grow veggies for low income elderly people, which I do. And asked them if they would be interested in a tester/journal on a grow with there LED vs my old MH system. Didn't really exspect a reply back, the next day I had a email, & the guy told me he was in the process of packing me up that system, and once I completed the journal on my grow, to send it 2 them & to keep the system as my new toy & a early Christmas gift! ;) I couldn't believe it! So, it just goes to show people, that with a few emails, to company's , nute/light or whatever will go a long ways! Just keep at um. I also received the whole line up of general organics nutrients, from a different co, same thing there, wrote a email. Anyways, didn't mean to clutter up your thread bro.. just thought it would be ok & you wouldn't mind someone posting a few pics.. later guys.. happy 420.

I'm not spending $155 to get a 250w cfl. I could
get another 400w hps kit for that price.

That's my situation anyway. Rip off stores as opposed to ebay.

Interior temps reaching mid 90's by the end of the 20 hour light cycle! Is this alright?? It usually stays around 85-87 for 12-15 hours. Totally depends on air movement in the room.

Have a fan in there but it doesn't seem to be blowing hard enough. it only has one setting for fan and doubles as a heater. Stupid fuckin people below us control the heat and they leave it at like 78 its hot as shit in my apt. Honestly I open the window during the day and its 35 F outside. Fuckin chicks...

I know what u mean. I have to leave my window open to get fresh air into my closet. I have a box fan blowing on low across the lightbulbs. I have even froze some 2 liter bottles of water and let the air blow across them. it does help.

yea i lived ina all bills paid apt before and the landlord made sure i stay miserable yr round,lol...use watever yu have,all yu can do...but like Tre said dont get to close to light.makes it worse..

I'm interested to see how this works out for you. I like your stealthy idea... I just can't help but imagine a larger dresser partitioned in half, thus turning out a tasty continual crop. Half Veg/Half Flower :razz:

thanks man! I thought it was pretty clever. This thing is actually pretty small width-wise once its filled in with all the radiant barrier. That is the idea in the future..when I move out of this uptown apt and acquire a larger crop homestead. ;)

Moved my entire room around and the cabinet is by the door now and off the radiated wall. Floor fan blowing from across the room downward across the wood floor and hits the wall and bounces into the cabinet through passive intake holes. Lights on for 5 hours and maintaining 81-82 F.

Day 7 December 1 (6th day in ground)

12:15pm
-Lights on for almost 17 hours and temps hovering right at 85 F without having to vent excess air through top lid or front access point. Much better ventilation than where cabinet was yesterday (Almost at 95 F).

I have a 90cm x 90 1.2m high indoor grow . I had four ten litre tubs under a 400w light in coco and air post .. All vented ect, setup is pro setup ... I had to lollipop my plants because it was such a small place the bottom was receiving little if no light.... So I was thinking is there away round this but not topping ! Or am I better to put 2 plants in a nft setup = plants get more light and more bud or 4 plants and risk the over crowding... Any advice or info greatful :) only my second grow so a newbie really
