That was just my hash and my picture my friend was using to sell it.
"No, officer! I'm innocent! That was just MY hash, with MY picture, being sold by MY friend. I was actually couchsurfing across Cali....my peep."

WOW! Awesome logic...save it for the 'stand'.

Incorrect definition. cn
http://medical-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/alkaloid
The common property of alkaloids is alkalinity, a basic nitrogen. cn
No you are the one with the incorrect UNDERSTANDING, the defintition you pulled was correct, but they are NOT alkaline. That is NOT what an alkaloid is. They are as your definition stated: alkaloid /al·ka·loid/ (al´kah-loid″) any of a group of organic basic substances
found in plants, many of which are pharmacologically active, e.g., atropine,
caffeine, morphine, nicotine, quinine, and strychnine. (ALSO INCLUDES Tetrahydrocanibinol AKA: THC ) ALL things that make you high are alkaloids, cannabinoids are alkaloids.

An alkaloid is a carbon bond, usually that gets you high. LSD is an alkaloid, DMT is an alkaloid. They are ALL alkaloids.

Cocaine is an alkaloid, Heroine is an alkaloid, Hydrocodone is an alkaloid. If it gets you high, it's an alkaloid. And they ALL have similar extraction methods because they are all the same basic family.

cannabinoids are what get you high buddy . . . . . .in pot at least . . .its a more complex akaloid . .

all pistils are guns

but not all guns are pistils . .remember that one

All parts of the plant contain psychoactive substances. Cannabinoids, or psychoactive substances synthesized by the hemp plant, include cannabinol, cannabidiol, cannabinolic acid, cannabigerol, cannabicyclol, and several isomers of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).

how exactly are you goiing to increase alkaloid produciton and how does that help the plant get you higher

"The family of chemically related 21*carbon alkaloids found uniquely in the cannabis plant are known as cannabinoids.

There are more than 60 different cannabinoids; one of these, D[SUP]9[/SUP]*tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), is the most abundant and accounts for the intoxicating properties of cannabis. Other cannabinoids which occur in some abundance (e.g. cannabidiol and cannabinol) are not psychoactive, but it is thought that they may modify the effects of THC. The amounts and proportions of the various cannabinoids in each plant vary from strain to strain, and can be adjusted by breeding."

I'm going to increase production via Super Cropping and other things, that's just an example you will know about already. And I understand that Cannabinoids are strange alkaloids in that they are sedative, and psychedelic. But other than that they can be treated the same as most alkaloids, soluble in alcohol, acetone, and other things like that. You can also separate the alkaloids from everything to make some pretty amazing hash, I will be attempting some things I have never done with hash, at the end of this grow.

Breeding is one way to get alkaloid content up, but there are ways to spike the plants capabilities. And I will be trying various methods :D

dude, learn to crawl before you walk. learn to walk before you run.

you got 2cm sprouts dude!! 2cm is being generous. grow some plants before you try anything finshaggy like

Oh, and the way raising alkaloid content makes you higher, is because that means there will be MORE cannabinoids in the plant than usual. So it will be that dank dank. :D

how does super cropping increase cannabinoids(we are just goign to call em what they are please)
Super cropping causes the plant to have trauma, and therefor increases the alkaloid content. We don't know why, but we know when a plant is harmed, it increases it's alkaloid production. Possibly for soothing effects, as these chemicals may effect the plants similarly to how they effect us :D
