They look kinda blank to me.............

Do you have your light off to one side closer to one plant?
How come one is so much bigger?
Almost enough to think that one is 3 or 4 days older.........
Other than that, looks nice.

nope the lights are right above the plants i have been trying to figure out why the one plant is not growing as goood as the others myself makes no since

It was a joke man, you had a blank space where your pics would have been.

Try turning your hose, or the bucket, and pointing the hose towards a different plant, and see if that one starts growing faster.
