Hey guys I've been reading alot through these forums and been learning but I still have a concern with 1 of my babies that I will be forcing into flower soon. Should be going into 12/12 next week.. but do you think this is a hermie?

did you supercrop? looks like a knuckle you would expect to see from that but i have not done that method, bent by fan wind maybe? doesn't look like pollen sacs to answer your question tho.

I agree, I don't see any male organs. I think your confusing the stipula at the node as a male organ, its not.

vegging plants can't hermie. hermies happen when sensimilla plants get stressed during flower phase, not veg. during veg you are only looking for male plants. from the pic you uploaded it's hard to tell, it's not quite old enough to show sex anyway. from what I see it looks like a calyx forming. hopefully in a few days some stigmas will pop out of there and you will know it's a female.

Wrong, a plant can show sex in veg. And with that being said it can show that it is hermie in veg. Most strains will wait until flower to show you their balls though.

I didn't say you can't see sex in a plant during veg - I thought I was pretty clear, I was saying you can't hermie a plant in veg - either that or it's incredibly hard to since I have tried to hermie female vegging plants as an experiment.

No you said, vegging plants CAN'T hermie. That is not true. They can.

I agree, there's nothing that says it cant hermaphrodite in veg. If its stressed or was a part if the genotype, I think about the pre-flower in veg, and thinking it could pre-flower male organs with the femal ones for this reason.

Thats exactly what hes doing. OP, your not looking in the right spot to find its sex. My stipulas are bulging just like that to. Doesnt mean its male.
To the OP, look at the pic below. Dont look where the red circle is, look where the green circle is. Thats where you should be looking.

highest nodes will show sex first

WRONG Again. Damn Bmeat, your batting a thousand, The bottoms tend to show first. But EVERY plant is different. I have plants where the lower nodes are showing, while the tops arent. And then i have plants that do the opposite. But to the OP, you need to look further up the stem to find the sex.

highest nodes WILL show sex first.

look at the highest node, right below the head/main cola.

Everyone of my plant showed their sex well before the top node ever did. And in the OP pic, he doesnt even show the highest node, so saying that its showing sex right now is like jumping in the water before testing the temp. which apparently you like to do Bmeat.

In my experience I have to disagree, the little bastards can show up about anywhere it gets decent light. More often than not on a moderate side branch.

And there is no "cola" because as he stated he hasn't started flowering yet therefore there is no cola.

Thanks to Everyone who has contributed to the thread, as you can tell it's my first grow but I think I'm doing alright. I've been learning tremendously here on these forums. I now know that might not be the spot to at when looking for sex but here's an updated pic anyway.

Original pic was taken on 2/1

And these are my 3 babies

Like I said earlier at the end of the week is when I'll be changing their photoperiod to 12/12 so I'll know for sure then. I plan on giving them 36 hours of darkness starting Saturday so I've stopped feeding them their Grow nutes and have been only watering for about a week now. Any tips or 2 cents are greatly appreciated.
