New toy

Just got back home from doing a few things. On the way back home I went by my LHS and got this. Wife is cooking dinner, so trying to decide if I wanna use it now or wait till after I eat.

anything that doesn't have too much meat too it for a post we all generally throw in random jib jabber keeps the forum less cluttered.

I've spent maybe 10 hours looking at bongs over the last 2-3 weeks, it was starting to haunt me. I considered getting one online because they are a lot cheaper... but then you are paying to wait in agony until it comes. I replaced my razer tarantula keyboard with the razer black widow ultimate 2013, and even though it only took 3 days, it was 3 days of knowing I was typing on a shitty keyboard when I already spent the money on something better. If I ordered it online, I wouldn't want 3-4 days, sometimes more from what I read in reviews, to be smoking and only thinking of smoking out of the newly purchased bong while waiting for it to come. Because of this thought process, I decided to support my local head shop. They were actually pretty friendly inside. I looked around, they only bothered me twice about looking around, and the 2nd time I told them which 1 I wanted to look at and they got it out for me right away. Their only downfall was using the phone while checking me out, but they were close to closing time and were busy so I excused it.

I was looking more for feedback though. Which luckily Allen Bud provided. I didn't put much/any research into this bong before buying it. I just knew I liked the name brand from what I've heard about them in the forums. The piece feels of higher quality, so I figured for the extra money it was worth it. Having someone tell me they looked into it, and are looking to buy it, confirms that I made a good purchase. So now I'm happy.

You won't regret this purchase. This thing hits like a champ. I filled the water to just under half stem, then added about 7 pieces of smaller ice cubes in. I took 4 huge hits off it, then took 4 off my pipe to compare.
