And contrary to your long-expoused legal opinion that there are no sales in the act, the SC felt compelled to note in their ruling that the COA was INCORRECT to decree that "sale" is illegal. Other than that, McQueen was not the end all ruling that all the cranky chicken littles are bemoaning, there are more than a few routes still open to intelligent conversation...

Tell you what. Put the the statement that the SC made about the 'error' of the CoA that led them to say sales were illegal. Specifically post what they said that made you believe that.

Oh, your one of the people that has don't get it! We are not at risk! We are bombing Iraq for oil, and Afghanistan for lithium. Two of the only countries in the world not banking on our (fucked) system are N. Korea and Iran. If you lived anywhere near the Texas, Arizona, New Mexico or Southern Cali you would notice that any little thug can get you Tons (literally) of weed or coke. All from south of the border. Also how about the tons of illegal immigrants in our country? Or maybe the fact that there are millions of immigrants living peacefully in out country. Anyone who wants a gun or assault rifle can go get one. So clearly if anyone wanted to attack us on out soil all that badly they would be here doing it! They stole plane and crashed them you idiot. I was sad, terrible, evil and a bunch of other things! But it took them years to get enough people to take down three towers and the pentagon. If they had any real power the would not have used suicidal idiots and we would have a war on our soil! Don't be fooled!

@ Bigtacofarmer I see your point in Iraq, but not Afghanistan. One may argue that the stability of a major provider of oil may be in ones national security interest. Although, I find it odd that you failed to mention the last country the US bombed the hell out of: Libya. Britain and France were surely motivated by oil as the stability of that major provider to them was in their national security interest. Why exactly did Obama do all the bombing on our dime there while releasing our oil reserves to benefit them as well? I usually state questions I know the answer to, but this one truly perplexes me

You know. I only keep up on the news a little, I find that whenever it covers something I know anything about it is either super watered down or complete bullshit. So when watching the world from television and internet I can only assume it is the same. I can't claim to truly know anything about what they are doing but if in a year or so you learn that Dick Cheney was making some money off of it would you be even a little surprised? I sorta picture the Afghanistan/Pakistan area as being a lot like the US/Mexico border only with heroin instead of coke. I did read that there is a trillion dollar vein of lithium there that they don't have the technology to do anything about and I'm sure we would love some of that. My big thing is that in this world where everyone has youtube and gps phones and all this other shit, we can fly just about anywhere. So they are all our neighbors. I know growing up things were different, when someone new moved into the neighborhood everyone around had them over for dinner or dropped of a fruit basket. Even now, my neighbors help each other out with things like fallen trees, or just pushing someones car when broken down. Our country show no respect for its neighbors, its planet or really anything. I feel, China may be a little worse if given a chance but I started by pointing out how good out news is. I we wanted to help we would......... Drop food, medicine, water filters or water. We could help put clean up one of the hundreds of oil spills not on the news. We could just but out? We could really do anything but destroy more shit! We don't need oil, with the money we save on bombs and tanks and such there is no reason we can't all have "green" cars and homes. All the technology is there to do whats right, for the whole world. We can afford it, how do I know, because we just spend more money than even exist on destruction, so we can print bullshit checks for good shit too! Anyways blah blah blah..... this shit drives me nuts when I try to really wrap my head around it!

Look I'm just saying , and forgot to say that this technology exists. They don't need to molest children anymore I know this is true and they can watch us all as if comparable to the Sims. If we actually plan on any type of demonstration it will be for peace on earth and among all beings and also to legalize pot. Its about the peace only and there is no way to hang out and carry this conversation around children or even young adults. We HAVE to prevent any form of civil war and all forms of any type of war. Protesting is a form of war and people should prevent anything negative. Very serious on this as anyone who has read anything the real prophet has brought forth will realize that we have to prevent future war at all cost. I was just saying we could plan a peaceful demonstration that we know we are mind control and that pot should be legal... Ok people have all ready done this so happens there is a hash bash on April 6. If we do anything it has to be for world peace only.
