I sent this email to attitude last night

Hello,

I placed a couple of orders back in aug and sept of 2012
I ordered holy smokes seeds and let me assure you that what they are advertising is not what I receieved, I received ditch weed! Not at all what the picture looks like and I've grown a lot of strains from your company.. No other breeder has ever disappointed me like this.. I really hope attitude will accept responsibility for this since I trusted attitude seedbank to have legit breeders.. Costs to care for these falsely advertised strains were not very cheap,

Please credit me so that I can get some legit genetic I;ve wasted a lot of time over this
The strains are still alive, I have some in flower and in veg and can show pictures to prove anything. Also word on the forums such as rollitup.org is that this breeder holy smokes is not credible.
the strains I am inquiring about are Malawi gold, Bhutanese Thimphu and Zambezi

I am sorry you are dissatisfied with the products you have purchased, but as you are aware we sell these solely for souvenir and storage purposes and we cannot reply to certain emails that conflict with this.

However you can send any dissatisfactory items and packaging back to us to
forward to the distributer to inspect with a view to replace or you contact the producer directly with your query.

I would like to thank you in advance for understanding we do not process claims in the UK.

Im a medical marijuana Caregiver whom is legal to germinate seeds,and legal cultivate medical marijuana, therefor replying to this,email is not asking much of you.. this email will be posted on the forums by the way, I really hope you take care of this.. I would like to show others how attitude takes care of its customers

Correct, any seeds they sell are 'souvenirs' and are not to be germinated for any reason. That's in their print on the website, and as such.. if you did germinate the seeds and they failed, it's on you. They more than make that clear in their word choices.

Attitude does list that seeds are sold as novelty. It's illegal for them to deal with you on it because of their laws, doesn't matter if you are legal

thats stupid, a seedbank that will not stand behind their product fck em. Those disclaimers are in their so they do not get nabbed by the feds.

why would anybody do business with people that play hide and seek with disclaimers?

Why would you base a decision off of a picture anyway? You realize the picture is of the 1 plant that they grew, and selected to keep themselves. (If the picture is theirs at all.)
You are also pinning the production of shitty seeds on a middleman? If you really have an issue with the SEEDS, contact the SEED MAKER.

You clearly dont understand anything about the business of shipping seeds.
Start up a seed company and tell everyone you will discuss, and condone germination. See how fast it gets shut down.

Also, maybe YOU should just accept responsibility for the purchase YOU decided to make. Quit playing the blame game.

Fuck you man! I've ordered tons of seeds from a lot of breeders attitude carries and have never had a single problem with any other company so therefor established a trust that my money was being spent at a reliable source! They advertised a promo and I gave them my money! They need to accept responsibility! I'm legal to grow and no laws were broke period, it's a bullshit disclaimer so they can get away with peddling ditch weed seeds! Btw most of the strains I grow turn out just like the picture so maybe your doing something wrong!

Try to get seeds in breeder packs and from known breeders. Attitude takes on new breeders but will use your input on the specified brand... Legally they just cannot say that. If the product gets bad reviews I'm sure they will pull it

I got consistent genes from attitude. All 12 serious seeds ak47 came out the basically same pheno. And it is as they described. You chose a breeder that obviously has multiple phenos. Meaning that you chose a bad company for your purposes or you should have gotten more so you can kill the shitty ones. Spend the extra dough and get something tried and tested. Sorry that you planned badly. There is always next time. Can you show a pic?
