i had a day off yesterday an finally got a full workout in! man it felt good i did back/legs/abs. to answer you pad i know i can do atleast 15 cause thats how many i did with my first set an im sure i coulda did atleast 10 more before i had to hang an rest to get some more. i was suprised how little strength i lost, but thats back an legs tho. i dont wanna see what my bench is now lol
