I am not a know it all but I am a dun a hell of a lot.

I teach my friends 20 year old somethings how to grow potent medical mj and I love it, its my music or video games...

I am new to the site as well so all questions are welcome it may help me in my own grow answer a question I may have myself..

Well im a 35 year old father of two that works the computer field.

Im a tinkermaster. ductape champion.

Indoor through college I had a perpetual harvest through fem amnesia mother below pictured




this setup was top bottom veg flower using 1000 watts of cfl and two t5 about 40 watts each.

all harvest is 2 or less oz never more then 2.25

Out doors we always use Green house Zar and do plots of 1o to 20 by a fishing spot that we never see anyone at ...ever.....

no pictures but will take some this season for the forum.

last year I set up a closet system due to kids and space issue..stealth being the key....

started with blacked out walls changed it to the original tent walls...



Frosty ones we loved where Wonder 60 day and this syrup strain that i have bought bulk of...wow powerfull as hell and no cough lock.

Like I said im not a pro but since 15 years old I've had a grow going and im 35. I try to keep the bad info or bad habbits to a minimum but I love talking about grows and technique cuss if you want.

depends on the soil.

If i run MG or anything cheap i have to watch the ph and track its progress more. If i use nutes and foxfarm or ocean its not nearly as bad and 4 day flush is fine no taste difference. The less you flush the more you get earthy tones from the minerals and acidity IMO..

with the junk soil flush is 7 days or less always have to flush though some...to keep the nute headache down. Recommend Dr. Earth products work well but pricey

I still use combo's of all three t5 cfl and hps/mh

simple method is babies die when left in a hot car...

auto's suck changing every 30 days so f it run hps all through just change the intensity by dimming to 75 before harvest last 2 weeks

up chuck cammaroo taught me that only a few spectrums get bounced or arent used so if you can get all length nothing but health for the ladies.


If your design doesnt work change it no one will know anyway..

The majority of D.C came from Northern Va suburb farmers those fields of dream you can only get by accidentily driving down a dirt road with a bong while being yelled at by a farmer with a pickup truck and a shot gun... thank god he could smell just fine and hes now my best friend.

Ok I got 2 questions for ya, Im a noob and these are serious questions I need help with.

Firstly I have 2 seedlings going, 1 x Greenhouse Lemon Skunk and 1 x Nirvana Ice.... both feminized seeds.
They were germinated in paper towel and 6.0ph tap water. I then transferred them into small rockwool cubes which I put in a tray.
They were then placed into my DIY PC Seedling started box which has 1 x 48w Cool White (100w Equivalent) and 1 x 48w Warm White (100w equivalent) CFL and small desktop fan to keep circulation up.
The plants looked good for the first week and a half and now are starting to burn. They are currently in week 2 or just a bit over and have a fair ammount of burns and has not really taken off at all. Considering Ive seen 3 week old seedlings more than 5 times the size.
The seedlings have only been fed PH'd tap water, when they started to burn I was thinkin my PH down was causing it so I jus started feeding them regular tap water. E.C of my tap water is 0.1 and PH straight outta the tap is around 7.5ph.
Also the seedlings have some roots showing for the past week or more, ive jus been lazy to put them into my coco medium, could the roots be the cause of the burning?
The older leaves are dying off and the newer leaves dont look to healty, very droop looking plants.
How can I fix them mate?

2nd question, I have a bagseed going at the moment its around week 10 into flowering, she looks to be a sativa dom. Very fat full buds, some leaves are turning yellow, but when I check the trich's, there is still alot of clear and white trichs. I know shes very close to finishing but I dnt kknow how to tell exactly. Do I wait till mostly white trich's or mostly amber?
Also if Im looking at the trich's whilst the HPS is running, will that effect the colours of the trichs I see? Meaning I could already be looking at amber trichs they jus look white with the yellow HPS ?

Sorry for such a long post, these are 2 questions im struggling with at the moment. Anyhelp is much appreciated bud.
