Your "what-if" is invalid. You can't use a pot grow you find in Joe's house to arrest him, if you're doing a sweep for a terrorist. You'd just have to move your grow before they started staking your place out to get an actual warrant. As what they saw in your house is inadmissible for the purposes of a warrant or arrest. It would be called "illegal search and seizure" I do believe.
Also, it's "comprehension"; insults work better when properly spelled.

I fel bad for your stepped on "rights", but they were chasing a major public safety threat. It's no different than if your house caught fire & they came to put it out & seen your grow.
