growing in rental house

Okay guys, here's the deal. I'm moving this summer once I get accepted into nursing school. I already found a house I like, 2 bedroom, detached garage, and an unfinished basement. $500 a month. I want to grow in a tent in the house. But I have to make it super, ultra, mega stealth. The landlord is a nurse, and her niece is actually an instructor in the nursing program. I plan on keeping the house clean, indoors and out, all bills paid, and rent paid a few days early. Any tips for keeping it hidden? I don't want to do any construction as it's not my house.

Find you and armwior on craigs list and build your own cabinet. If you search here you can find some good ideas in the diy section here and other sites.Id run a 400 in the cab until you figure out the heat buildup.I saw a dresser with the drawers took out and it had the drawers took apart and glued back and it worked nice.I believe he pulled a half a lb of bud out of the one dresser ever 10 weeks.Ive had a grow hidden in the dead zone of the roof and behind a 8ft wall.We only had 6 ft head space,25ft long, but it worked well.Ive got pics of the hidden room but have not downloaded them off my card

This has bad idea written all over it. Growing in a rental house is HUGE no no especially while attending something like Nursing not only are you messing with a potential career position, rental properties have to got to be the worst place to decide to grow. I would take a second look and thought into it.

However, you most likely wont listen anyways

Disregard all the negative talk. I grow in a rental, if you keep the home outside nice there should never be a reason why anyone needs to come in and see the home--I always like renting from a out of state owner but again dont let the rental stop you.

Its not negative to have an opinion its negative to put someone down by name calling or otherwise.

this is the best advice you will get. growing in a rental is fucking insane. ive only ever grown in propertys i owned or someone i was real close to owned.

can you say duuuuuuh? growing in a rental is so stupid.

knock knock, landloard here for inspection. they only have to give 24 hrs notice.band then you get to enjoy some quiet time locked up with murderers and rapists.

anyone can tell you, hey i have a cabnet, i grow in a rental. but for what you can fit in some shitty cabnet, is it worth going to the can? i didnt enjoy my stay. it was short, but i luv women so jail is hell for me.

find a secluded place to plant em. if you grow in a rental, you are not using your head. its dangerous. who cares if people do. just dont. Ive had friends get caught, and the first joint i ever rented, the landlord came by every 3-6 monthes. i had to hid everything. i disregarded advice, and ended up bribing the landlord with all the cash i had. and he told me i had to leave at the end of the month. i lost everything.

dont grow in rentals. its fucking stupid.

Nice advice. "ignore all the negative talk" ?

we are trying to keep someone out of prison.

do whatever you want, but know. that advice is terrible. this kid could lose everythinv. home, career, family, friends plus end up in the can.

good looking out.

i know whos advice to ignore for sure. You should do a opposite video to barry cooper. Call it "how to get busted".

Look, we are here to help and to share good information. A landlord can access your rental anytime, for any reason. I've leased houses for over 25 years. I know what I'm talking about. This was from one of the leases I had...

You are now part of the medical community. You are now a professional. Wait until you have your own house. Very risky with the ties to your school. I get that you want to do this but I wouldn't. Another thought is to never tell any future nursing student friends that you smoke. You never know who they will tell. Its different now that you will be treating humans. They frown upon providers pulling that shit big time.

I grow in a rented house. It's pretty stealth in my closet in my bedroom. Basically no one is ever anywhere near my bedroom other than me and my gf ,so I don't worry. Een if you went into my room, you would need to open my closet to know anything was going on in there,

That aside, The thing you have to do with a rental ,Is go the first year without growing at all. This way you can see if you have the type of landlord that checks up on you, or pops in randomly to see if things are ok. My landlord gets payed by direct debit every month and we never see him at all ,he goes through a letting agency and we never see them either ,just a once a year check of the house and then sign a new contract, but if I had the type of landlord who was always coming over ,I probably wouldn't risk it.

Oh and yeah I haven't got that on my contact about coming in without notice, if you do have that its a definite no go.

I might also add, I am from a place where if I get caught with 1 or 2 plants ,I won't go to prison. So by knowing that my landlord doesn't do inspections, and knowing that I won't go to jail for a first offence for a personal grow ,i'm taking a calculated risk. I also play it smart and keep it a secret.. so .. the odds are in my favour.. this may not apply to you.. just use your brain and work it out for your situation. It's only insane to grow in a rental if you've just moved in and don't know your landlords visiting habits.. but if you think you have things worked out and keep the shit small and secret.. I would say why not. Like if you do 1 or 2 plants, even if you have to you can tear them down easily and get them away... do 10 plants and you have a problem.

Oh good lord!

Your answer.......

Get a tent

Quality (and when i say quality thats what i mean) carbon filter and exhaust fan.

If you want to go over the top to be safe, grab an ozone generator but if you buy a quality filter you should not need it as long as your generating negative pressure in the tent.

Guys, im sure he/she is fully aware or the risks he/she is taking. Whats good for the goose, isnt always good for the gander in regards to growing. We all got are big boy pants on.

Also, as the guy with the power ranger for an avatar said, land lords have access to the property. Where i live THEY HAVE to give at least 24 to 48 hours notice of entry. So heed this when you are growing.

Number 1 priority:

Change all locks and access locks to avoid a visit whike you are gone. If at sometime you landlord makes a visit while you are gone he/she will be denied and therefore will be FORCED to give you notice. You blame it on ignorance and say you did not know you were not supposed to change the locks and thats when you start moving shit or hiding things while you work out a reasonable time to give them access to the house.

You will be golden, just invest in quality filtration.....its well worth it, i have not smelled my plants yet outside of opening my tent and im almost 5 weeks into flowerings some trinity kush and white widow.

Good luck on the grow and also your diploma! Not enough people in the world trying to get some edumacation. Kudos!

So you DO know that if you're caught you won't make the background requirements for your program. You won't be eligible for federal grants anymore. And you'll be homeless. Why? Why would you risk all that?

Just about everyone on here will be in that situation if caught. If your gonna grow weed that's the risk. Why risk it ? Principle maybe, refusing to let the govt rule your life and tell you, you can't grow a harmless plant

I'm also renting from an out of state owner. No problems at all, he never bothers me as long as I pay the rent.

Ya but not everyone is in the middle of trying to get their education in a very competitive field right now, either.
