We popped up because this is a major forum site and we were a new company needing exposure im not sure the feds would travel worldwide posing as seaofseeds in the cannabis cups trying to entrap people into buying a few seeds lets keep it real ive explained what has happened and whats being done we have held our hands up at the problem and tackled it full on, we have not hid anything nor do we plan to, But i understand your frustration Kite High.

not much legal you could do as their base of operation is supposedly outside the US

I think the legal aid he refers to is for when they come knocking on your door with proof you ordered cannabis seeds. Perhaps many small guys are not worth the time but many addresses were out there for who knows how long. One quick script and all of the information could be captured and saved long before it was cleared out of Google's cache.

Email addresses, phone number, physical addresses, and sometimes even real names were revealed, right there in search form. You did not even have to follow the link, there was enough there on google's pages. I was able to pull up at least 6 buyers, even earlier today. Most were in areas that cannabis possession in any form is illegal.

That stuff happens all the time to many companies. Given the nature of the biz, you expect them to do everything they can. But, seeing as this sort of shit seems to happen to companies ALL the time. I bet it was not due to their own negligence...

I' very hurt sos. Don't know if my info is out there. And at this point don't care anymore, cause if it is its PERMANENT and there nothing I can do so thanks a mil for that one. I know you've lost a loyal customer here. I was very very pleased with everything about sos until this monumental error. And things like this DO NOT happen regularly. Transaction info can be recorded but personal info should never be stored.
