Hey-o,
RIU member and good friend Lilman sent me a couple seeds from Doc. The Iranian X Diesel and Iranian X Chem...1 seed of each. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to keep them separated so this will be a guessing game as to which is which. I don't have the most trained eye for these kind of things and the SD and Chem already look a lot alike to me. Hopefully the taste will give it away in the end.
I'm hoping you guys can venture some guesses as these grow.
Doc also sent me the Iranian X Haze which i will start up in about 20 days or so.

No problem amigo !!

Even in veg I think you will be able to tell the difference by smell. Also the chemdawg is a pretty pale plant no matter how much N u dump into it..Found that out the hard way. Ive never grown straight chemdawg so i cant really compare but all my friends renamed the iran x chemdawg "the game changer" after we smoked it one night. Two years later it still comes up in conversations and i get in shit for not growing it again..Stoner friends..you have to lovem lol.

i never feed my little ones until after about 2 weeks . Doc convinced me to use a good quality seed starter mix and a 4" pot and there is plenty of food in there for about 2 weeks. i learned the hard way that food to early can lead to problems but since I stopped feeding for the first while my plants have been healthier

day 25.
both are in 3 gal pots and after a couple more inches of vertical growth they will go in to the flower room. they are both around 7 inches tall now....
i fed them today and figure they should green back up in a couple days from now....

Looking good brother, my guess would be that pic 2 is the chemdawg cross..I bet the nodes on the chemdawg are further apart then the SD as well. Good call flipping them early doc, they can have some stretch to them.
OK im off to look at and post on your other journals lol

yeah...Doc says if you flip at 10 inches they will grow to about 36 inches. I keep ignoring that and end up with 7 foot trees.lol

Today is day one of flower for these. They are both at 10 or 11 inches tall right now....pics later.

Because Im not sure which is the Iranian X ECSD and which is the Iranian X Chemdawg Im just going to call them Iran #1 and Iran #2.

They look great brother, just as expected lol. Ive decided to grow my iran x SD inside..I think somebody found my outdoor patch so im not going to risk it. I beheaded them today to bushem up and hopefully lower the streeeeeeeccccchhhhhhh. I threw an Iran x chemdawg in for good measure as well, its best pot Ive ever smoked but i havent had straight chemdawg.
She only screamed a little when i beheaded her to bush her out as well..."What are u doing with those pruning shears lilman..Noooo my head, Help." SNIP !! and silence fills the tent once again..for now.

this is for Lilman..when do iranian chemdawgs finish outside..i have 32 in ground for 9 days now..they are doing well ....do these plants get 8 feet tall like I heard you say...how much off from each plant?...I havent found anyone that has experience with these.....

I pull them around the 25th of september just before hunting season. My plants were tall because i vegged them indoors for 6 weeks or so but no mater what i think they will be tall lol. Yield ? best 10 ounces worst 2 ounces. Personally its the best pot Ive ever smoked but Ive never had pure chemdawg before. Also make sure you approach from the upwind side, the smell of that many will incapacitate most men ;)

Thanks Lilman..they stink now..and they are only 3 nodes up..why does the doctor say august 15th to sep 15th??..the only reason I have these is because I wanted the g13 and they were out at the time..the doctor told me that the iranian chem was comprable to the g13---that it had in his opinion "better bag appeal". Also the same harvest time. That august harvest was a sticking point with me. The iranian chemdawg was the best pot you ever smoked but you never had pure chemdawg before. WOW....
